The parking is right in front, however, even though September was busy, we always managed to find a spot. The owners are very kind and pleasant. The accommodation was satisfactory, a quadruple room with air conditioning. Unfortunately, my main impression is that during our nine-day stay (we returned a day early due to bad weather), no one came to change the bedding and towels. There was a broom and a dustpan in the room, so we maintained the cleanliness ourselves, and we also brought our own towels because I always like to have a backup in such situations. Additionally, I found the kitchen equipment lacking - in a room designed for four, we had equipment suitable for one or at most two people, which I believe should be adjusted according to the price of the accommodation.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location. However, the downside is that there is indeed very little space inside for a family of three. We were there with a child and a baby, and we brought our own crib, which we had no place to set up. In the kitchen, there is a bed that must be skipped over to enter the kitchen. It is truly not suitable for two children and two adults. On top of that, we had ants in the kitchen, which were even on the bed, making it impossible for us to use it for sleeping. This created discomfort.

Correct! The location is excellent, everything you need is just five minutes away, literally a street behind the promenade. The hosts speak English very well, and a bit of Serbian too. Bed linen is changed every five days, there is ample parking space... the internet is weak. Thank you to the agency for their very professional approach!

I assess the actual situation; everything was perfect for us as we are not too demanding and spend very little time in the room. The apartment is in a good location next to a large parking area, although it is somewhat small at night. We had parking secured by the owner. The apartment is clean, the furniture is older, the shower lacks a curtain, and there is insufficient kitchenware. The air conditioning works and is not charged. I was surprised by the quietness considering the number of people in the neighborhood. The location is very good, about 50 meters from the sea. It is better to drive to larger supermarkets. As I mentioned, our vacation was perfect; I don't mind the lack of spoons, we bought them at the supermarket for 70 cents, but I've noticed that many things bother people here. Overall, I cannot give a rating of 5 as we have stayed in much better apartments for the same or less money.

All praise for your agency! The accommodation we stayed in was satisfactory, although there was a bit of noise during the late hours, which might be a minor complaint. However, we are more than pleased with the proximity to the beach and the amenities nearby.

The accommodation is comfortable and situated in an excellent location in Nikiti. However, we were dissatisfied with the service. The space is cleaned very superficially; we had to seek out the cleaning lady to replace our towels on the fifth day (the advertisement stated that towels would be changed every three days). They claim that the municipal parking next to the building is private, yet one evening we returned late from the beach and found no place to park, as that parking lot was filled with cars of people going for a stroll, meaning no parking was actually provided. Overall, the accommodation is good due to its space and location, but the service and the owners' indifference towards guests are significant drawbacks.

Apartment 18, where we stayed, is fraught with numerous shortcomings. The bedroom has been renovated, yet the kitchen and the auxiliary bed are in a deplorable state. The bed is falling apart from the floor as if it had suffered a flood; one of the two burners is non-functional, and the light in the extractor hood is out, while it merely blows air into the room when turned on. The refrigerator appears neglected, and there is no trash can. The balcony doors in the kitchen barely open, dragging along the floor, and I won't even mention the state of the dishes. In the bathroom, the doors cannot close, the light in the cabinet above the sink is dim, dark as a cave. Shaving is nearly impossible since the toilet seat cannot be lifted, and there are no curtains around the bathtub, resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom after a shower. The sink is partially clogged, with water draining very slowly. In the bedroom, the doors cannot open fully and drag along the floor. The most significant flaw is the terrace, where the only table and chairs cannot be used after 3 PM due to the scorching sun, and there is no awning, meaning dining in bed after 3 PM is a true ordeal. The air conditioning can run all day but fails to cool the entire space, as it has been set to blow in a manner that suits them rather than us. The parking situation is misleading; while every apartment claims to have parking, there is not enough for everyone. All in all, this is accommodation to be avoided.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, close to everything—the beach, cafes, shops—yet it remains tranquil. It is perfect for a vacation. The space is clean and well-kept. An excellent vacation. Everything is close and within reach. The beach is just a minute's walk away, and parking is conveniently located in front of the house.

The ground-floor apartment is new and everything is fine, except for the seating area outside. The furniture is positioned in front of the window, where all the guests gather, converse, and socialize early in the morning, despite having their own terraces. The lady who gave us the keys mentioned that this space is intended for the guests of the ground-floor apartment, but that was not the case. Almost every day, they left full ashtrays and dirty glasses behind.

The apartment is acceptable. I will start with the positive aspects: the proximity to the beach and promenade, and the location is perfect for visiting other beaches. Parking is provided for ten vehicles, so it may happen that there is no space in front of the apartment, but right next to it is a large free public parking area, ensuring that your car is always parked in a permitted spot and there is usually ample space. The owners are friendly and willing to assist if anything is needed. Now, regarding the downsides: some investment is needed for renovation and replacement of old furniture; they would certainly attract more tourists if they tidied up the interior a bit and renewed the kitchenware. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and quite suitable for four people. The terrace is large, the bedroom and kitchen are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is decent. However, the rooms are very poorly equipped. They do not change towels and bed linens every three days, but rather every five, which means only once during our stay, and that is a significant drawback for me; I can understand the bed linens, but towels should be changed more frequently.

The accommodation's location is excellent, situated close to the beach. The owners were fair; for instance, when the stove was not working, they replaced it with a new one. Some of the furniture is old, while other pieces are more recent. The mattresses are truly poor, and there is minimal kitchenware, but for example, they do have mosquito nets.

Apartment 17, where we stayed, was not satisfactory. The air conditioning had to be turned off as it was impossible to sit on the terrace, and the kitchen was old and cramped. The beds were low and hard. The kitchen inventory was poor. The bathroom was inadequate, lacking a shower cabin, making bathing hazardous, especially for a small child, as it was slippery and dangerous. That's about it for Apt.

The villa is solid, and the public parking is located across the street.

My impressions have settled, and I would like to share my experience! When I was looking for accommodation, I was drawn to Alexia house from the pictures, but the reviews confused me. Half of the guests were very satisfied, while the other half had complaints. Nevertheless, I made a reservation. The first impression upon arrival was somewhat disappointing, as the villa did not resemble the pictures, nor did the yard. There was no outdoor seating, and the barbecue they mentioned was a small, rusty piece of metal thrown under the terrace. Upon entering the yard, we were greeted by very polite hosts. However, as soon as we introduced ourselves, the landlady asked for the payment. My husband was still in the car, trying to find a parking spot. I asked her if we could first go to the room to settle in, and then I would bring her the money, but she refused. No entry until payment is made. We entered the apartment, and the first impression was - okay, a standard Greek accommodation, but the poor hygiene caught my attention. The apartment was not well cleaned, and the bathroom smelled terrible. I am not someone who craves luxury, but cleanliness is something I pay attention to first. I work in tourism, so I know what is most important to guests. Just like it is for me. The kitchen is small, classic, just like in many Greek apartments. One burner did not work, there were not enough dishes, glasses, cups... just one small spoon. The mattresses are sagging, the doors barely close, and the bathroom is falling apart. The toilet seat falls off, the cabinet also falls apart, and the trash can is broken. The broom and dustpan are dirty, full of hair. The stench is unbearable. But we came for a vacation, so we didn't allow this to ruin our enjoyment. Overall, the accommodation is not recommended, at least not by me. It's a pity because the location is excellent. If the income from one season were invested in renovation, it would be perfect.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large; although the utensils were outdated, it was functional for those who wish to cook in the apartment. The bathroom had a dated interior, and the basket was broken, which forced us to open it manually. The apartment was ready before the agreed time, but the fridge compartment remained frozen, and we had to defrost it ourselves to make it usable. The owners were very kind and pleasant people, willing to do whatever was necessary, but we had to remind them on the sixth day that our bedding had not been changed, even though the description states it is changed every three days. All in all, considering the price of the apartment and the monetary madness that has gripped Greece, especially Sithonia, the apartment is more than satisfactory.

First and foremost, the bathroom is extremely poor. The dishes are old, and no two plates are the same. The stove has two burners, one of which is not functioning. The carpentry is subpar, and the room is excessively warm; even at night, I will have to rely on the air conditioning the entire time.

There is very little resemblance to the pictures on the website. The hygiene is poor. The rooms have not been cleaned even once during the 10 days, only the towels and bed linens were replaced. It is a pity that at least a little was not invested in the bathroom and furniture. The mattresses are terrible; every spring is felt. There is no hairdryer, and the one we used for 2 minutes keeps tripping the circuit breaker. Only one burner works. The terrace door cannot be opened because the refrigerator is in the way. The screens are torn. The air conditioning drips onto the terrace, making it constantly wet, and when it is on, it is impossible to sit on the terrace because it is very noisy and excessively hot. It is due for renovation. The yard practically serves no purpose; it is not maintained. It states that parking is secured, yet several times we had nowhere to park because it was full. A truly bad experience regarding the accommodation.

A wonderful holiday spent with the delightful Sonja and Hristos. The apartments are spacious, tidy, and nestled in the shade. In the courtyard, also shaded, you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Sonja and Hristos are there for anything you might need. Next year, we will once again be their guests at the Aleksia house, with Sonja and Hristos. Best wishes to Sonja and Hristos.

The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, one burner is not working, and there is noise in the building all day long (I wonder when is the time for rest and whether there is any house rule). In the trees around the property, there are probably insects whose sound is unbearable. When you turn on the air conditioning, it blows directly in your face while you sleep. All in all, I am disappointed.

I am absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and the location is superb, complemented by the natural shade around the villa that allows for a pleasant stay in the accommodation units. The only area that needs improvement is the quality of the bathrooms, which are somewhat worn. Since the villa predominantly hosts families with small children, it would be beneficial to have a swing or a mini slide for kids in the yard. Overall, the impressions are quite good.

The hosts are exceptionally kind, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and we received a crib for the baby upon request. Everything is clean. The location is close to everything you may need (beach, restaurants, shops). Parking is also provided... Highly recommended!

We vacationed last year. Not all apartments are equally equipped. We were accommodated in an apartment that did not match the pictures on the website. The furniture was very old and in need of replacement, and the cookware was unusable. It was evident that it had once been beautiful, but it had been neglected for over ten years... abandoned... What a shame... The location is wonderful, the hosts are willing to quickly address many of the complaints, and the housekeeper is diligent and maintains hygiene well... If they would just invest a little in renovating the apartment (painting the woodwork, buying new mattresses, a new stove, new cooking utensils, and replacing the worn-out elements in the bathroom), I would definitely return, even though the apartments are cramped for four people.

The location is outstanding, and the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and more than decent considering the price. Above all, the hosts are very kind and accommodating, ready to assist you in times of trouble. Remarks regarding minor deficiencies in the bathroom, mentioned by other guests, did not significantly diminish our overall impression. We spent a pleasant ten days at the end of August and the beginning of September in the fairly busy Nikiti.

If you find yourself in a tight spot and wish to stay in Nikiti while all other accommodations are fully booked, then that’s acceptable. However, if you have the option to choose, select something else. It is truly astonishing that, due to minimal investments, you allow your guests to leave negative reviews. The bathroom mirror is laughable, the sink causes a flood, and I won’t even comment on the bathtub (without a curtain), the toilet that doesn’t flush, the brush stained by all previous guests, the toilet paper basket (the only one in the apartment) that you have to open with your hand, the brown stains behind the toilet, guess from what, the lack of a towel, and the mat at the exit from the flooded bathroom, spreading water all over the space.

The house is in an excellent location, in close proximity to the beach. Dear Sir/Madam, this accommodation should be avoided. The furniture is worn out, over 20 years old, and the beds are small and uncomfortable, unsuitable for individuals taller than 175 cm. The bathroom is dilapidated and dirty, with a broken toilet seat; the shower cabin lacks a curtain. Toilet paper is not provided subsequently. The kitchen is outdated and poorly equipped, one burner is non-functional, and the refrigerator's temperature cannot be adjusted, set to maximum, freezing the food. The street is quite noisy at night due to revving motorcycles, and if it’s not the motorcycles, the noise comes from guests who disregard house rules, with no one to admonish them. Although we were told that parking is secured, it is public parking, and it has happened that there are no available spots in the afternoon, forcing us to park in surrounding streets, which poses a significant problem since we have a small child. Although we got the impression of a pleasant place from you, this accommodation should be avoided and is not worth the money paid.

It is not bad, but I would not choose this accommodation again. The kitchen is poorly equipped, cleanliness is lacking, and there are unpleasant odors in the bathroom. One day, we even had no hot water.
