Hotel Description

4 Keys is a new accommodation in a quiet location in Nikiti. It offers four apartments, with a capacity of two adults and two children, and each of them has two verandas/balconies, which is ideal for real rest after returning from the beach.

The accommodation is located about 270m from the highway, where there are numerous cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, while it is about 650m away from the city beach.

The apartments (30m2) are distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor, two on each level. They have one double bed in the bedroom and one folding sofa bed in the kitchen.

All units have a two-burner stove, a toaster and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment in the kitchen, two air conditioners, internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets.

The bathrooms have shower cabins.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

The yard is small, fenced, and in front of it, next to the street, there is a place to park a vehicle.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
