If you're looking for accommodation that could be a great base for visiting the beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Gianna's House in Ormos Panagias might be a good choice for your vacation. It's located on the highway and it's a good solution for couples and those in search of privacy.
The beautiful Trani Ammouda beach is 700m away, the nearest supermarket (on the highway) is 350m away, and the closest taverns are at 300m.
They offer one double studio and a five-bed apartment on the ground floor.
The studio is located on the lateral side, it has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, a large fridge and a small sofa bed, one double bed on a gallery with, bathroom with a shower cabin and a table with chairs on the grass in front of the entrance.
The apartment has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a corner sofa, one double bed on a gallery and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and a big fridge. In the bathroom, there is no edged shower area, only tiles and curtain.
Amenities include a TV, WiFi internet and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed after three nights.
The yard is small and fenced. There is a part with the lawn in front of the studio, and in front of the apartment, the garden is paved.
Follow the main road from the direction of Nikiti towards the turning for Ormos Panagias, where you will see Gianna's House on your right-hand side.

Owners description
Gianna's House is located on the main road to Ormos Panagias, at 100m from the harbour and 500m from Trani Ammouda beach. In the large courtyard with lawn, guests can use a barbeque and a parking space.
There are one apartment and a studio on the ground floor. The apartment is for four persons, with two bedrooms (one on a gallery) with a double bed, two sofa beds in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven, bathroom, air conditioning, internet, washing machine and TV. The studio is for two people, with a double bed on a gallery, a sofa bed in the kitchen, small lounge and a bathroom.
Cleaning and bed linen replacement is performed after three nights.
The accommodation was renovated in 2016.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
