Regarding cleanliness, the landlady Stela is truly exceptional, but the guests who stayed from August 12 to August 26, 2024, were unbearable. The apartment next to ours, occupied by parents with one child, every morning at 6 AM starts with the screams and cries of the child, while the parents remain silent, and she continues to scream. Then they let her inside, and she bangs on the doors, making it unbearable throughout the day. The apartment above us felt as if we were in a playground... children running around, banging, while the parents sit on the terrace sipping coffee, indifferent to the other guests. My children were small, and we were familiar with a certain level of decorum... this was a nightmare of a vacation.

We are extremely satisfied with our accommodation and stay at Acrothea Apartments in Ormos Panagias. We were housed in apartment number 1 (a family of four) from August 1st to August 10th, 2024. This apartment was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and appeared brand new. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the morning sunrise. The accommodation is located right in the center of the town, next to fast food restaurants and a mini market, where you can enjoy a meal or simply order food to go. The hustle and bustle is not bothersome, and by midnight everything quiets down. During the night (except for one), there were no mosquitoes, and the temperature was pleasant, allowing us to sleep with the terrace doors open. The windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets, and the apartment has air conditioning. The terrace is cozy, with a very nice view. Nearby, there is also a fish market, offering fresh fish and seafood, which the friendly vendors clean for you right after purchase. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with the apartment, as we felt comfortable in it.

All praise for this accommodation. It is clean, tidy, and the owner is exceptionally kind. The apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are regularly cleaned. It has its own parking.

We are thoroughly satisfied! I have no complaints whatsoever. The apartments are small but beautifully decorated. They are all located on the first floor, with a terrace that offers a view of the sea, and the awnings can be adjusted depending on the sun that rises from that side. In the afternoon, the terrace is shaded. The clothesline is in front of the apartment, also covered by an awning in case of rain, so the terrace remains free of hanging towels and laundry, which is very nice. Regarding comfort, the beds are incredibly cozy, and the mattresses and pillows are perfect. They changed the bedding on the fourth day, halfway through our stay, since we were there for 7 days. They also changed the towels, while the garbage was taken out daily. In terms of amenities, it has everything: a tea maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, an oven, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, and mosquito repellents. Below the apartment, there is a pastry shop, a bakery, and a restaurant, all in one. I don't know what is tastier among what they offer – whether it’s pastries, ice cream, or food. They are open late into the evening, but there is no noise. The market is right next door, also well-equipped. Along the coast, there are many more restaurants with tables partially in the water, which is very lovely in the evening during sunset for dinner. As for the beach, it is small, and considering there are many boats and yachts, we did not swim there. We went to Lagonisi, which is just behind the hill, less than 1.5 km away, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. We have been going there for the fourth consecutive year. The owner is very kind; she visited us every day and gifted us a bag of homemade oregano from her garden upon our departure. The accommodation is highly recommended! Thank you, Nikana; this is already our second vacation through you, and I wouldn't change you for anything!

The accommodation is as described, tidy and clean. It is evident that it has been recently renovated. The landlady is very meticulous, cleaning everything thoroughly every three days and changing the linens and towels. All praise!

It is not worth the money. The building is in need of renovation. The bathroom lacks a shower cabin and a threshold, resulting in water accumulation after bathing, which complicates the cleaning of the apartment. Kudos to the owner for changing the towels three times during our seven-night stay.

The apartments are situated in an excellent location, close to beautiful beaches, and they offer a splendid view of the harbor from which boats depart every morning for tours of Mount Athos. We returned three days ago, filled with positive impressions; it is truly a perfect place for relaxation. The hosts are exceptionally kind and hospitable, deserving all praise. The apartments are clean, with bed linens and towels changed every three days; in short, everything is just as depicted in the pictures.

Excellent accommodation. The hosts are wonderful. It is clean and beautifully arranged. Private parking and good internet. Ormos Panagias is an excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia. Highly recommended!

The Acrothea apartments in Ormos Panagias are truly the sweetest and cleanest accommodations we have experienced during our previous vacations in Greece. I regret that there were no available dates for us to extend our stay, as we felt completely at home. They are located in a small square in Ormos, directly across from a beautiful little church, right next to a gyros and souvlaki restaurant, a bakery, a pastry shop, a mini-market, and souvenir shops. The view of the sea and partially of the harbor is stunning. I must mention that the apartment was so clean upon our arrival that I was thrilled; for the first time, I didn’t have to clean up after myself! The owner, Mrs. Anastasija, is a wonderful and kind woman, always smiling and available to assist with anything that we or the other guests needed. She even called all her acquaintances in Ormos to try to help us extend our stay and gifted us a jar of fig jam and a bottle of olive oil. As I mentioned, the apartments are exceptionally clean and charmingly furnished, with taste, making us feel comfortable. They are fully equipped, towels and linens are changed every three days, and I must again emphasize that for the first time, I didn’t feel uncomfortable using someone else's towels. The only downside is that there is no private yard with a grill, as there is a small fish market nearby, and I regret that we couldn’t prepare fish, but this is understandable given the apartments' location in the very center of Ormos Panagiasa. It is not as noisy as I had expected; one evening we drove to Nikiti, and after that noise and crowd, Ormos felt even more inviting. The place is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Its location is excellent, as we could visit many beautiful beaches on both the eastern and western sides of Sithonia without much driving. And let me not forget why we chose the Acrothea apartments - because they are close to our favorite beach on Sithonia, Trani Ammouda or Livrochio. Everything else completed our lovely vacation. Almost forgot to mention, the wifi was just like at home, without issues or interruptions, which also happened to be a first in any accommodation we’ve stayed in. It is clear that the hosts care about making their guests feel welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming fishing town and the delightful Acrothea apartments!
