Our description
Lagonisi House is a modest accommodation not far from the famous Lagonisi beach, one of the most beautiful in Sithonia, and if you're looking for a place away from the noise, in a spacious hillside courtyard with a beautiful sea view, this house might be a good choice for you.
Lagonisi Beach is at about 650m, while another smaller cove is 300m away. We would like to mention that this cove has stones at the entrance to the water and not the best access, but the colour of the sea and the privacy on it are worth going. It's best to ask the owner how to get there by shortcut. The closest place is Ormos Panagias (about 2km), with taverns and supermarkets.
The accommodation consists of two studios (33m2) on the ground floor, with a shared veranda (15m2) overlooking the sea, each with its own table and chairs. They're rented together as a whole house. The first studio has one double, one single and a sofa bed, while the second studio has one double, one single bed and an armchair. A baby cot is available upon request.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, cooker, toaster, electric kettle and large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom only has tiles, no enclosed shower area nor a curtain.
The spacious courtyard offers a summer house, barbecue and parking. There are also two outdoor showers as well as a washing machine. Changing of bed linen and towels is done every fifth day.
Turn off the highway at the Lagonisi signboard and continue for 300m till you reach the intersection. Take a left (not right towards Lagonisi beach) and 200m later you will see Lagonisi House on the right-hand side.

Owners description
Our house is situated in a wonderful Lagonisi in Sithonia. The place is the Mediterranean, with olive trees, pine trees and clear water. There is the main sandy beach (Lagonisi) and some smaller beaches. From the house, you can see the sea and olive groves. The sea is easy to reach, less than 150m, through a path. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach other wonderful sandy beaches.
The house is composed of two studios (33m2 each) with one double, a single and a sofa bed. Each studio has a small kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture at the house is essential. A large shaded balcony/terrace adjoins two studios. Outside there is a 35m2 kiosk with barbeque, two showers and a large space with olive trees. There is plenty of parking space, TV, A/C and free internet connection. New towels and linen every five days.
Marina is 250m from the house. Shops and a restaurant are at a 10-minute drive away. Ormos Panagias is at 1,5km, with a supermarket, restaurants and ferry for daily cruises to Mount Athos. In addition, someone can hire a boat for a cruise around the beautiful nine small islands.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Buna ziua, Imi puteti spune daca in perioada 29.06.2024-13.07.2024 este disponibila casa si daca da, care ar fi pretul cazarii in aceasta perioada pentru 2 familii compuse din 2 adulti și 2 copii (cu varste intre 7 și 12 ani)?

Poštovani možete li potvrditi cenu i da li ima slobodnih termina od oko 12. jula 10 noćenja? Cela kućica, oba apartmana. Takodje me interesuje da mi potvrdite da li oba apartmana imaju po toalet jer to nisam jasno razumeo i ako mogu da pošalju neku fotografiju dvorišta po noći kako bi mogli da vidimo nivo osvetljenosti obzirom da je kućica blago izolovana? Hvala.

Nama je ovde bilo super! Ako imate decu dovoljno veliku da mogu sami da se igraju u dvorištu a opet živahnu pa ne biste da nekome smetaju, ako idete sa prijateljima i ne želite ni sa kim drugim da delite dvorište a da opet svaka porodica može da ima privatnost ovo je super smeštaj! :) Opremljeno je sa svim što vam treba, na sve su mislili... Čisto je i uredno. Prostrano pre svega. Kuhinja i trpezarija na otvorenom sa roštiljem je super za porodice koje vole da spremaju sami hranu... Blizu su ribare sa svežom ribom u Ormos Panagijasu... Plaža mala Lagonisi je na 5 min hoda i predivna je, ima i prirodnog hlada... Mi ćemo sigurno doći još koji put i preporučiti je svima!!! :)
