Our description
Evi's Home is located on the main road between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou. It can be a good choice for all those who like privacy and to whom distance from the beach doesn't play a crucial role when choosing accommodation.
From the closest beach is around 500m far, while one of the most famous beaches on Sithonia, Talgo, is at 700m. The closest market and taverns are at 1km.
In the offer is one quintuple apartment (59m2) which is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed in one bedroom, three single beds in the other one and kitchen and living room are separated.
Apartment is air-conditioned, has internet, TV, hair dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Kitchen is equipped with stove, big fridge, microwave and dining table with chairs that are also outside, on the balcony. In the bathroom is a shower with curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
In spacious and arranged courtyard guests can use an outdoor shower, barbecue, gazebo with a sitting set, while the parking space is in front of the courtyard.
For families to whom are important good location and equipment of the apartment, Evi's Home can be an excellent choice.

Evi's Home is recently renovated ground floor apartment (60m2) with two bedrooms (with double and three single beds) and the living room with two sofa beds. It can accommodate five people.
It's located 1km after Ormos Panagias towards Vourvourou, at a 6-minute walk from the beach. Evi's Home offers free WiFi, air-conditioned rooms, a kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, dining area, TV and a barbeque in the garden
In the picturesque harbour of Ormos Panagias, you will find restaurants, cafes, bars and a mini-market as well as daily boat trips to Mount Athos. In Vourvourou (8km) you can rent a boat to explore the nearby islands and the crystal clear water of Diaporos, as well as various activities (kayaking, diving and snorkelling). Within 6km there is the village of Agios Nikolaos with many taverns, bars and the Health centre.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
