Our description
Alexandros Studios is a new accommodation, located in a spacious yard on the beach Trani Ammouda, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sithonia.
The nearest supermarket and tavern are located at a distance of about 500m.
The accommodation consists of two buildings and has a total of eight four-bed studios (20m2) located on the ground floor and they have one double bed and bunk beds. Four studios are in the first building, and four are in the second one. All studios are air conditioned, have internet, TV, drying racks, in the bathrooms they have a shower tray with a curtain, in the kitchens there are small refrigerators with a freezer compartments and a stove with a small oven.
The large yard is well maintained, it has lots of toys and the lawn is ideal for children play. There is enough space for all the guests to park their vehicles, and guests also have at their disposal an outdoor shower and two barbecues.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
You will reach the accommodation by entering Ormos Panagias from the direction of Nikiti, from the highway, and take the road that leads to Trani Ammouda beach, not the port. When you descend all the way to the beach, the first accommodation on the left is Alexandros.
Due to the proximity of the beach and the large yard, ideal for play, Alexandros accommodation can be a great choice for families with children.

Owners description
Alexandros Studios is the complex with airy studios (20m) on the ground floor, with a garden (5000m2) and indoor parking. Its located in front of the sea and a Blue Flag awarded beach.
The village and Ormos Panagias port are 300m away with restaurants, taverns, fast-food, car rentals and daily cruises to the Athos peninsula and Mount Athos. In the traditional village of Ag. Nikolaos (3km) there is a health center, pharmacy, post office and ATM.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
