Heos Studios & Apartments is located in the surroundings of a small, fishing village on the east coast of Sithonia, Ormos Panagias, intended for those who want an extremely peaceful holiday. The accommodation is located on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea and the holy Mount Athos, just 400m from the nearest Petra Beach and at a distance of 1.4km from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Lagonisi Beach.

This accommodation offers three-bed and four-bed studios, as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, located on the ground floor, upper ground floor, first and second floor, and which can accommodate a maximum of four adults. All accommodation units have a view of the sea, while some accommodation units also have a view of the pool.

The three-bed studios (No. 9, 10, 11) have a double bed and one single bed, while the four-bed studio (No. 8) has a double bed and two single beds. Apartments with one bedroom have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area they have two beds for one person (No. 1, 4, 5, 6) or two bunk beds (No. 2). Apartments with two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two beds for one person (No. 3, 7).

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, as well as a kitchen equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, a stove with three hotplates and a small oven in all accommodation units except for one triple studio (No. 11) which does not have an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer, except for one three-bed studio (No. 11) which has a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea or the pool, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.

The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort that you create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as return to your daily duties rested. In the shade of a large, beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths and beautiful lamps that make the evenings especially romantic, you can find plenty of content for both you and your kids, whether you want to rest on the benches placed on the lawn or watching the sea on the sofas for sitting in the summer house, preparing a barbecue with family or friends in the summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue specially created for that purpose, to cool off in the pool, to enjoy on the deckchairs by the pool or in the shade of the olive trees, while your youngest is playing on the children's playground, which is an integral part of this yard.

The services of the snack bar, which is a part of this accommodation, are also available to the guests.

Breakfast is included in the price for accommodation guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. One laundry service is available to guests as part of the price.

A parking place is provided for guests of the accommodation, as well as a place for charging electric cars.
