Our description
Seydnaya Apartments & Studios near Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras belongs to the category of quality accommodations. It has modern and nicely equipped air-conditioned accommodation units for 2-4 people and well-maintained and safe courtyard with barbecue and organic garden, WiFi internet is available everywhere and parking is provided for all guests.
Accommodation is located just above the main road in Paradissos area of Neos Marmaras. Paradissos beach is only 200m away, the entrance to Neos Marmaras is at 360m, while the supermarket is at about 200m.
In total there are ten accommodation units set in two buildings, located next to each other, i.e. double studios on the first and on the third floor, quadruple studios on the ground floor, quadruple studios with a sea view on the second floor and quadruple apartments on the ground floor.
There are two double studios and each of them has a double bed. Two studios are on the first floor and they have a garden view, while the other two are on the thirs floor and they have a sea view. Quadruple studios have one double and a sofa bed for two or two single beds. Two are located on the ground floor and they have a garden view, while the other two are on the second floor with a sea view. The quadruple apartments have one double or two single beds (joined or not, as needed) and two single beds and they are also two.
Accommodation units have a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer compartmetn and a spacious private terrace (veranda on the ground floor) with awning. Some bathrooms have a shower cabin, while some have only a shower. A baby cot is available upon request. Cleaning is performed every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three nights.
On the front side, there's an enclosed yard with private parking with enough space for everyone. On the back side, there's an organic garden with the products that guests can consume, as well as a barbecue and oven, with a nice area with tables in the stone below the vine, which makes the space even more pleasant and beautiful.
By driving along the Nikiti – Sarti main road, in the area of Paradisos, you'll see the board for Seydnaya Apartments & Studios, so turn left towards it.

Owners description
The villa is situated in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece. Here, with much hard work and good taste, we have created a beautiful environment for dreamlike vacations. In our comfortable, spacious rooms, all with large verandas, you will feel completely relaxed and at home.
We have paid great attention to detail and all our rooms offer Plasma TV, air-conditioning, internet access, and refrigerator. Outside, we have parking places, a BBQ area and our own organic vegetable garden offering seasonal vegetables and salads for your use. You will also have the opportunity to meet our friendly donkey "Kitsos".

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlična lokacija. Sve je blizu, a opet je izdvojeno iz samog centra. Lep pogled iz sobe. Privatan parking. Ko voli mirniju varijantu, preporuka.
