Our description

Lamprinos Studios is the accommodation close to the famous Blue Flag awarded Pradissos beach. The building is nicely maintained, and the airy and comfortable accommodation units are equipped with new and high-quality furniture. In a quiet location away from crowds and noise, this accommodation offers numerous amenities like a pleasant atmosphere, clean environment and guaranteed parking space.

The accommodation is located 150m from the Paradissos beach, i.e. about 1,5km from the center of Neos Marmaras and 2km from the long city beach. The nearest supermarket and bakery are at about 200m and along the beach, you will find several snack bars, taverns and restaurants.

The stone access leads to the building that offers eight studios for 2-4 people and one apartment with a capacity for up to five people.

The studios are located on the first and second floor, and they have one double or two single beds and a folding sofa bed depending on the capacity, as well as the kitchenette with a hot plate with two rings, small fridge with freezer, dishes and utensils (pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery).

The apartment is located on the ground floor, just below the street level. It's designed for up to three adults or two adults with 2-3 children. It has a living room with two sofa beds (only one is foldable) and a dining room with a kitchen, fully equipped a stove with oven and a fridge with freezer. In the separate bedroom there is one double bed.

All accommodation units have TV and air conditioning (the apartment has an air conditioning in each room), WiFi internet, covered balcony equipped with a sitting set and a tumble dryer, and a bathroom with a classic or shower bath. Baby cot and hairdryer are available on request.

Accommodation units are nicely maintained, new and clean, and the bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days.

There are a small lawn and a sitting area in front of the house, and guests can also use a barbecue. Spacious private parking with enough place for all is located next to the accommodation.

In order to find them, it's best to take off the main road at the small turning to the right towards the Paradissos area, about 50m before the BP pump.

Lamprinos Studios could be a good choice for families and couples looking for good accommodation, a quiet location and a base for a relaxing holiday near Paradisos beach and the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

Lamprinos Studios are located in Paradissos area in Neos Marmaras of Halkidiki, just 50 meters from the Blue Flag awarded beach. The complex has been recently constructed in order to offer its services and amenities to all those who want to visit it. The warm and friendly atmosphere is prevailing in all areas of Lamprinos Studios makes the visitor feel like being at home.

The Blue Flag is an international institution that essentially rewards organized beaches and is awarded strict criteria in about 40 countries to date. This institution has been established in 1987 (in Greece since 1992) and is a symbol of organizational and environmental consciousness. Founder and International Coordinator of the Program is the Foundation for Environmental Education based in Denmark and has 40 member-countries from all continents.

Studios Lamprinos provide all the necessary amenities so to offer pleasant moments of relaxation to their visitors. The complex consists of 9 double rooms and 1 apartment, fully equipped with air condition, kitchen, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom - shower and balcony with magnificent views. In the public room, you can enjoy the lush garden with the barbecue, perfect for grilling a light meal. The accommodation unit has a parking area and internet access.
