Our description
** Psakoudia Villas are a complex of exclusive and luxuriously equipped houses built of stone, located at the entrance to Psakoudia. It is a unique, well-equipped and very comfortable accommodation. There are two apartments for rent, House Menia and House Stella. **
The complex is located at about 550m from the arranged sandy beach, where also the city center is, with its modest offer: several taverns, fast food restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as tourist shops and stores. Two large supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity: at about 100m there is supermarket Marinopoulos, while Masoutis is at 600m.
Apartments have two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and spacious covered and furnished balcony. In bedrooms of the Menia House there are two double beds, while the Stella House has a double bed in one and two single beds in the second bedroom, as well as toilet apart from the main bathroom. The houses are air conditioned, with WiFi, and they can accommodate up to four people. Pets are allowed on request.
The complex has a very small yard that consist of a little stone paved area between houses, but in front of the buildings there is enough parking space. There is also a sports field across the road, and the road that leads to the complex is unpaved.
The best way to get to this accommodation is to miss the first turn for Psakoudia and turn right from the main road to the next, second, big and marked turning, immediately after you pass through the big supermarket Marinopoulos. In the first street on the left you will find the Psakoudia Villas.

The stone house Menia is approximately 70 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. It has a comfortable lounge, TV, etc. Two large bedrooms with double beds and baby cots. The kitchen is fully equipped and very close you will find all necessary shops for shopping. The house has air-condition for the hot days and a built-in fireplace for the winter, with lots of wood at your disposal. The central heating can also be used. It features a large terrace with unrestricted and uninterrupted view to the sea and the surrounding area as well as stone paved play areas and cycling areas for small guests.

The stone house Stella is 100sqm and can accommodate 5 people. The interiors are tastefully decorated, welcoming visitors in a uniquely comfortable and welcoming environment. It has a comfortable lounge with sofa bed, TV, etc. Features two spacious bedrooms of which one bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds, baby cots are also available. Apart from the main bathroom there is also a smaller one. The kitchen is fully equipped and very close you will find all necessary shops for shopping. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Interesuje me smeštaj za 4 ili 5 osoba u drugoj plovini juna , roditelji i troje odrasle dece (19 , 17 i 15 godina). Apartman sa dve prostorije ... Molim Vas za cenu apartmana (zakup na dnevnom nivou). Koristili bi smo apartman od 7 do 10 noći u zavisnosti od raspoloživih termina. Unapred hvala na odgovoru !
