** Psakoudia Villas are a complex of exclusive and luxuriously equipped houses built of stone, located at the entrance to Psakoudia. It is a unique, well-equipped and very comfortable accommodation. There are two apartments for rent, House Menia and House Stella. **

The complex is located at about 550m from the arranged sandy beach, where also the city center is, with its modest offer: several taverns, fast food restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as tourist shops and stores. Two large supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity: at about 100m there is supermarket Marinopoulos, while Masoutis is at 600m.

Apartments have two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and spacious covered and furnished balcony. In bedrooms of the Menia House there are two double beds, while the Stella House has a double bed in one and two single beds in the second bedroom, as well as toilet apart from the main bathroom. The houses are air conditioned, with WiFi, and they can accommodate up to four people. Pets are allowed on request.

The complex has a very small yard that consist of a little stone paved area between houses, but in front of the buildings there is enough parking space. There is also a sports field across the road, and the road that leads to the complex is unpaved.

The best way to get to this accommodation is to miss the first turn for Psakoudia and turn right from the main road to the next, second, big and marked turning, immediately after you pass through the big supermarket Marinopoulos. In the first street on the left you will find the Psakoudia Villas.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
