Description
Avgerou Studios and Apartments is an accommodation on a quiet location, outside the pedestrian zone in Psakoudia. It is partly renovated, with bright, clean, quality and tastefully furnished accommodation units. It has a large courtyard with hammocks, sitting area, playground for children and private parking in the shade of the vine.
The accommodation is located about 400m from the sandy beach and from the beginning of the promenade and the centre of the town with its modest offer including several taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenir shops and various stores.
There are nine accommodation units, i.e. five studios and four apartments. Studios (25m2) have one double and a single bed or three single beds. Quadruple apartment (32m2) has a separate bedroom and can accommodate up to four people, while one duplex apartment (60m2) has a capacity of up to six people, and its amenities include a hairdryer and a washing machine.
All accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with necessary dishes, internet, TV, air conditioning and a balcony with seating set and drying rack. Some kitchens have hotplates, and some have mini-oven with hotplates, some have a small fridge, and some have a large refrigerator with freezer. Some bathrooms are renovated. Baby crib is available on request. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed at half of the stay.
Guests can use spacious, arranged and enclosed courtyard with an outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground, plenty of natural shade and private parking.
You will find the building about half a kilometer outside the pedestrian area in Psakoudia, towards Nikiti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate nesto slobodno u terminu od 24.07. do 3.08. za cetvoroclanu porodicu, a da ne bude studio.
