Our description
Sanni Apartments is located on the northeast coast of Sithonia, close to the central part of the spacious, Blue Flag-awarded Salonikiou beach. It is a neat building in a quiet location, which offers renovated studios and apartments equipped with new furniture.
The sandy-pebble beach is about 300m away, the sea is clear and there is plenty of space for visitors with their own equipment but there are also several beach bars with deck chairs and parasols. There are almost no tourist offers in Salonikiou, but in the immediate vicinity there are quite lively traditional villages Metagitsi (5km), Pyrgadikia (7km), as well as Agios Nikolaos (9km). A van with fresh bread and pastries from the bakery passes by the accommodation every morning.
Sanni Apartments has a total of six accommodation units for rent - two well-maintained on the ground floor, and two brand new on the first and second floor.
On the ground floor (five steps below the level of the yard) there are two studios, one of which (about 15m2) has a double bed with a drawer bed underneath it and it can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum age up to 12 years), while the other studio is slightly smaller (about 12.5m2), for a maximum of two people and has a standard double bed. The kitchens of the studios are equipped with a mini stove and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, the bathrooms have a shower tray, and in front of the entrance there are porches equipped with furniture.
On the first floor there are two identically equipped four-bed apartments (about 32m2) consisting of a living room with kitchen that has two single beds, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchens of the apartments are equipped with a mini stove and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, the bathroom has a shower, and both rooms have exits to the balconies.
On the second floor there are two identically equipped maisonettes (about 75m2) that can accommodate up to six people. The maisonettes consist of a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a gallery (to which wooden stairs lead) with a double bed slightly narrower than the standard one, and a separate bedroom with two connected single beds. The kitchens of the maisonettes are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and a large stove, the bathrooms have a shower tray, and from both rooms there are exits to the balconies which have a side sea view from the distance.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, hair dryer and kettle. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owners. There are two shared washing machines in the accommodation, which can be used at an additional cost.
Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves, for which the necessary products are provided (although there is also the possibility of arranging cleaning at an additional cost).
In the spacious, fenced yard there is a barbecue and a covered summer house, and there is enough space in the parking lot for all the vehicles of all the guests of the accommodation.
You can reach the accommodation by following the road to Agios Nikolaos, when you turn off the main road.
If you are looking for decent and clean accommodation near the beach where there is almost never a crowd, for a quiet holiday away from the eyes of mass tourism - Sanni Apartments could be a good choice.

Owner description
Sanni Apartments is located in Salonikiou Beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki's middle peninusula, in a quiet and green area with sandy beaches.
It consists of 6 studio/apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. They have a fully equipped kitchen, WC/shower, air conditioning (A/C), TV, Wi-Fi and balcony. They are located ~ 300 meters from the sandy beach with clear blue waters.
The building is surrounded by a green lush garden suitably designed for children where you will also find bbq and safe parking area.
In a short distance you will find the traditional village of Metaggisti for your daily shopping or going out in the afternoon. A little further away you will find the village of Agios Nikolaos and the village of Pirgadikia with the taverns by the sea.

Discount
For reservations for period from 24.06.2024 to 31.07.2024, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
Adult is a person older than 12 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Mi smo se upravo vratili.Prelepo smo se proveli.Smestaj je cist,odrzavan,ali suvise mali za nas troje.Nismo stvarno izbirljivi, takodje ko nije previse zahtevan smestaj se nalazi na predivnoj plazi,na koju bih se uvek vratila.Okolna mesta za obilazak su prelepa kao i plaze.Gazdarica ljubazna,sporazumevali smo se nekako😁

Smeštaj u kome smo bili je izvanredan, stan je za dve osobe i ima mesta. Plaza se nalazi na nekih 100m od apartmana. Higijena i ljubaznost domaćina su za svaku pohvalu, dobri, prijatni, pristojni ljudi. Cim smo stigli dobili smo da se rashladimo uz vodu i kafu (voće su nam davali u par navrata veoma lep i neočekivan gest). Ima prostora da se parkira automobil u dvoristu koje je pod kamerama. Mesto je idealno za odmor.. Sve pohvale! :)
