Hotel Description

Located in the old part of Sarti, out of the crowd, yet close to the beach, restaurants and other facilities that this place offers, Malamatenia House is a very good choice for families with children and couples looking for a real vacation.

The beach is at about 150m, the center of Sarti is at 100m, while the nearest grocery store and bakery are about 50-60m away.

In the offer are six studios. Two are double, two are triple and two are quadruple. Three studios (one of each type) are on the first (high ground floor if you look from the front side of the house), and three are on the second floor. Double studios (18m2) have one double bed, the triple ones (20m2) have one double and a single bed, while quadruple ones (21m2) have one double and two bunk beds.

The studios are air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen with small refrigerator and freezer compartment, hotplates and aspirator, internet, TV, bathroom with a shower and curtain, mosquito nets and a terrace with umbrellas and dining table. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five days.

They do not have a yard, nor private parking, so you can park your vehicle around the house.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn from the main road Sarti – Sykia towards a large supermarket, pass by the parking lot and turn to the first street to the right. At the end of the street you’ll see the Malamatenia House on your left.

Malamatenia House is a good choice for families with children, as well as for couples who want to be close to the beach and the other content in Sarti.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
