We are extremely satisfied with the location, the kindness, and the cleanliness... the price-quality ratio during the peak season is, in our opinion, ideal. Truly, if I were to say something negative, it would not be sincere.

The cleanliness is at a high standard, and the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for our family of four, including a kitchen with all essential elements, plates, a kettle, a quick cooker... the air conditioning works flawlessly, and there is a TV in the room; everything is simply of a very high standard. The hosts are extremely pleasant and unobtrusive... all in all, this accommodation and Sarti itself were a perfect match, and we will gladly return. The accommodation is expensive considering what it offers.

The accommodation is of high quality, the apartment's hygiene is impeccable, the hosts are friendly, and the internet connection is solid (excellent signal, slightly lower bandwidth compared to Serbian standards). There is a spacious shaded terrace (approximately 2.8x1.8m) that comfortably accommodates breakfast/lunch for four people. The stove with burners was partially faulty; the water couldn't boil even after 30 minutes, but after reporting it, a new one was purchased and replaced within 24 hours. The apartment for four is relatively small, but everything is nicely arranged and accessible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cold bottle of water in the refrigerator and four 50g jars of different flavors. Towels are replaced, and the apartment is cleaned every three days. Ideal for families with children; if we return to Sarti, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Everything is close, and the accommodation is of very high quality.

The accommodation aligns perfectly with the description and images. It boasts an excellent location, with everything you need within a 50-150m radius. The owners are always available, courteous, and pleasant. Room 2, located on the ground floor, is small but exceptionally clean. Cleaning and towel replacement occur on the 4th and 7th days. The only drawback is the absence of an awning; a sun umbrella simply isn't sufficient. I would gladly return.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt praise to the hosts managing the accommodation. They are exceptionally kind, always smiling, and at our service, readily available (they reside in one of the studios on the ground floor). They are truly pet-friendly and genuinely love animals; we often passed by without them calling our little dog to play with her. The accommodation is quite solid; the studios may not be large, but they are entirely sufficient for their purpose :) The terrace is very comfortable, and both the terrace and studio are nicely furnished. Regarding the location, on one hand, it is good because we even found parking in the evening (you can access the dirt parking lot from the main road, just before the market - although it is separated by a wire fence, cars can park, and there is a pedestrian passage to the neighborhood). All the streets for evening strolls are about 30 meters away and beyond; markets, bakeries, and the beach are all nearby. On the other hand, a possible drawback is that it is right by the street, so at night, the doors must be closed to avoid being disturbed by vehicles/garbage trucks, etc. As far as we are concerned, we highly recommend it, and if we return to Sarti, we would certainly choose the same accommodation.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation, which is located near the beach in a peaceful area. It is very clean, and during our ten-day stay, our room was cleaned twice. The hosts are wonderful and went out of their way to assist us even after we checked out.

There is no private parking available, but there are plenty of free spots in the immediate vicinity. In the afternoon, the terrace is fully exposed to the sun, yet it is unusable due to the small umbrella instead of a proper awning, which some neighboring villas have. The shutters and mosquito nets are extremely useful in this case. The location is good, but at night it can be a bit noisy due to the vehicles passing right next to the accommodation, so it is better to keep the balcony doors closed. They change the bed linens, towels, and clean the floors, but they could occasionally clean the kitchen, wipe it down, and perform disinfection. We noticed that very tiny bugs tend to gather in the kitchen if it is not thoroughly cleaned after cutting fruit on the countertop. The quadruple room is too small for four adults, barely measuring 20 square meters (a rough estimate), and it is quite expensive at 72 euros per day. The fourth bed is on a loft, which I am not accustomed to; it is uncomfortable for me to sleep at such a height, close to the ceiling.

Truly, all praises go to the owners who pay great attention to every detail. The apartments and the villa itself are exceptionally clean and tidy. They are situated in an excellent location, close to the sea and all events. All praises and every recommendation. During our stay, the bedding was changed three times, which deserves every commendation.

Malamatenija is an excellent accommodation, offering a remarkable balance between price and what it provides. The owners are extremely pleasant, always available yet unobtrusive. My wife, child, and I have vacationed here for the second consecutive year, and we are truly satisfied.

The apartments are situated in the heart of the city, just a minute's walk from the beach. Nearby, there is a large supermarket and a fish market. Ample parking spaces are available at the rear of the house and across from the main entrance. The accommodation was impeccably clean, as it was serviced every three days. A fairly stable Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning were provided. Although the room was small, it was comfortable enough for two people. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend choosing this place for your stay in Sarti.

Charming, clean, located in a great area, accommodation that I highly recommend. The owner, Dimitros, is a kind and cultured gentleman, always available for any assistance. Mosquito nets, mosquito repellent, changing of bed linens, towels, and cleaning of the studio are done twice during the stay.
