Our description

Marita Haus is located only 60m away from the sandy beach in Sarti. In its vicinity is everything one family needs during their vacation. The accommodation is modest, but on the excellent location.

Right next to the accommodation is a market and across it is one of the best bakeries in Sarti. In its vicinity are also taverns, while the center of the place is around 300m away.

In total there are ten accommodation units: six studios, two apartments with one bedroom and two apartments with two bedrooms.

Four studios (no. 2, 3, 4. 5) are on the high ground floor, while two (no. 7 and 8) are on the first floor. Studios on the high ground floor are equipped with three single beds (two are joined), while the studios on the floor are with two joined single beds and a drawer bed. In the bathroom they have a shower cabin. Studios no. 2, 3 and 8 have side sea view, no. 4 and 5 have street view and no. 7 has mountain view.

Apartments with one bedroom (no. 6 and 9) have two joined single beds with a drawer bed in the bedroom, while in the room with kitchen there are bunk beds. Bedroom is separated by folding doors. In the bathroom of one apartment (no. 9) there is a shower cabin, while in the bathroom of the other one (no. 6) there is just a shower (just tiles, no shower tray). Apartment no. 9 has a side sea view, while the apartment no. 6 has a mountain view. Both are on the first floor.

Apartments with two bedrooms (no. 1 and 10) have two joined single beds and a single bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin. One (no. 1) is located on the high ground floor and has a street view, while the other one (no. 10) is located on the first floor and it has a side sea view. Apartment no. 10 is not available for reservations this year since the owners are living there.

All accommodation units have TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and balcony. Kitchen is standardly equipped, it has hotplates and small fridge. Air condition use is extra charged. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after five days. Laundry service is also extra charged.

The courtyard is hidden from the noise because it is inside of the building. It is a real oasis of peace and greenery. Private parking doesn't exist, but in front is a public parking.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, across villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a street which leads towards the football field. Turn in that street, then to second left, again in the fourth right and right on the beginning you will see the house on the left. It is clearly marked, so you will not miss it.

Marita Haus is an ideal accommodation for all those who want to have everything close - beach, as well as the other features.

We have chosen to build our complex Hausmarita studios in the seductive beach of Sarti, which is located on the east side of Sithonia.
A complex that is located just beside the sea and it offers its visitors a remarkable view of Mount Athos.

Hausmarita studios have been decorated with unique style in traditional and modern architecture so as to cover all tastes and give its visitors the sense of practicality and comfort.
On the sandy beach, you have the opportunity to enjoy the crystal clear water that is ideal for children. You will immediately understand the reason why this magical beach is constantly rewarded with the blue flag.

Building consist of 10 fully equipped units, specially designed to offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay. Each studio is constituted by a single spacious unit with modern furnish and discreet decoration. The big apartments are constituted of three separated spaces, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. Their combination with the garden makes them ideal for families.

In the garden, you can enjoy your lunch and drinks.

All of our units have an air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, satellite TV, private balcony with sea or mountain view.
