Our description
Maria Villa is located in the old part of Sarti, only few steps away from the center with the shops, taverns and cafe bars. The sandy beach is nearby too.
City beach is around 200m far, while the center with all facilities is around 50m far.
In the offer are five triple studios that consist of one double and a single bed in the same room with the kitchen and two quadruple studios which have one double and two single beds, also in the same room with the kitchen. Triple studios are located on the ground, first and second floor, while the quadruple ones - one is on the ground floor and one is on the first floor.
All studios have TV, air conditioning, mosquitos nets, fully equipped kitchen, fridge with small freezer compartment and a hot plate with two burners. The bathroom has a built-in (edged) showering area, without curtain. If necessary, a baby cot is available upon request. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after 3-4 nights.
Private parking is not available, but guests can park in front of the house. Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.
Maria Villa is a good choice for everyone looking for an accommodation close to the center of Sarti, with all the facilities and the beach at only short walk away.

Villa Maria is situated in a quiet area of Sarti, nice furnished studios at peninsula Sithonia in the enchanting Halkidiki. The friendly environment and the family atmosphere in combinations with the beauties of Sithonia is a guarantee for unforgettable holidays.
All of our studios have one double and a single bed. They are one area with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
