The small rooms are uncomfortable for sleeping, and you cannot do anything in the courtyard. Tonight, I will turn off the lights; I haven't cleaned even once in the past eight days, nor did I change the bed linens. They only provide small towels, and you have to buy your own toilet paper. The beach is nearby and beautiful. We wouldn't visit again.

We are very satisfied with our stay; the location is excellent, the garden is lovely, the owners are friendly, and the accommodation is fair. They brought us clean linens and towels after two days, which was unnecessary. They regularly took out the trash, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was enough cookware, the air conditioning was excellent, and there were no bugs. A beautiful sandy beach is located just below the garden. Honestly, I recommend this accommodation; it truly offers great value for the money, as the price is very reasonable.

The accommodation is situated right on the beach, which is never crowded. There are no shops nearby, and the tavern in the vicinity is closed. While the accommodation is modestly furnished, the location, price, and courtyard compensate for it.

The owner of the apartment literally forces you to go to sleep by 10 PM at the latest by turning off all the lights in the yard. He follows you closely, monitoring what you do and how much water you use. I should mention that I did not go on vacation for fun, but rather with my family, and we behaved completely normally. Despite the large yard, the children were not allowed to use it freely or play in it. Even the turtles that happened to be in the yard, with whom the children were playing, were taken and thrown into the bushes above the yard right before our eyes. To top it all off, this "gentleman" removed the windshield wipers out of spite because my husband washed the windows before our trip, which we only noticed when we were heading home. I recommend this place, but definitely not this accommodation.

Everything was great, except for the owners who were quite rude at times.

The location is excellent, peaceful, and close to a beautiful and tranquil beach. The owners do not speak English, and the accommodation was not cleaned even once during our ten-day stay. We had to change the sheets ourselves, and the towels were stained and torn. Additionally, there was not enough cookware, so if you plan to prepare your own meals, bring your own. The shower did not work properly; the water was cold, making it difficult to shower, and then it would be cold again. When we could, we bathed with a hose outside.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the well-insulated apartment does not require air conditioning, which is, of course, part of the apartment. The location is tranquil, with a restaurant just 5 meters away and the beach located between 70 and 100 meters. Everything is impeccably clean. The owners do not speak Serbian or English, but they are very kind, and with the help of a translator, communication is possible. They have announced renovations for the apartment in the autumn of 2023. This location is perfect for adventurers, as within 20 km to the left and right, you will find all those stunning beaches, meaning you can reach Oranž beach, Kalimici, or wherever you desire in just 20 minutes. The quality-to-price ratio is such that you receive more than what you paid for.

The accommodation did not meet our expectations. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. We are taking diclofenac due to back pain. In the first room, the beds are too short. A person 1.60 m tall could lie down normally, while others would have to curl up. The refrigerator is small and cools very poorly. The lighting in the bathroom is extremely dim. Initially, there were many more complaints (internet, towels, etc.), but these were resolved thanks to Nikana, who reacted immediately. In this regard, kudos for professionalism. The overall impression of the accommodation is very negative; the only bright spot is the excellent location. We would not choose this accommodation again.

When everything is taken into account, the rating is a sufficient 2. The internet is terrible, there is no hot water in the morning or evening, and the water pressure is weak when using the showers in other apartments. We provided all the soap, trash bags, and sponges for cleaning ourselves. There was an argument with the landlord because we keep the apartment doors open, even while we sleep... Every morning, he comes and closes them for us.

It meets expectations. We received exactly what we anticipated. We enjoyed it and felt comfortable.

We stayed with two small children in this accommodation for seven days. We were pleased with the location; the beach is nearby, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant for a stay. :)

The apartment is located in a very beautiful area, in a peaceful setting. The apartment was clean, the landlady was kind, and the furniture is typically Greek, but considering the prices, this year is acceptable. The beach is very close, and the yard is spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of kitchen utensils and the fact that they didn't change the linens and towels at least every three days, as we have been accustomed to so far.

Everything matches the description on the website. A modest accommodation that provides all the essentials. An excellent location for exploring other beaches and for a relaxing holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I am booking a private house for myself; it will be a bungalow. My first acquaintance is that there is a woman there with her brother, and they say that one of the beds is not to be used, honestly, I do not understand the rules for the entire house. The French bungalow bed was small for two adults and was placed against the wall, so there is no access. On the other side, an old cabinet was taped up and smelled bad. In the evening, when we were in bed, bugs would come out from the mattress, and there were many insects when our house was late and caused allergies, and we had to take them to the veterinarian. Otherwise, we were the only ones in the other apartments, and the hosts were unknown; I do not know if the sister and brother are unknown to the English language. It seems that the hosts were not very welcoming. Our house was quiet, and we left nothing behind; we were not treated and cleaned up, and it was more than we expected. I sprayed and used insect repellent because I do not know what they all are. I can say that here we decided to stay close to the beach, but I would not choose it again. I would like this to be read by the owner of these studios.

We easily found the accommodation; the courtyard is beautiful, the cottages are charming, everything is clean, and the beach is literally just two steps away. The owners do not speak a word of English or Serbian, making communication nearly impossible. Maria is attentive and tries to help, while her brother is a disaster. He imposes numerous rules: no frisbee, no air conditioning, no walking on the grass, turn off the lights, and so on.

A phenomenal accommodation in relation to its price, close to the sea, a small beach, without many people, a lovely courtyard, wonderful for children.

A tranquil place for relaxation, secluded from the hustle and bustle of Sarti, yet close enough for a pleasant evening drive. The accommodation is near beautiful beaches, both north and south of Sarti, and just 100 meters from Platania beach, which is clean, peaceful, and spacious.

The owner of the accommodation is exceptionally accommodating, but her brother, who is constantly around, is extremely bothersome ("turn off the light" ...). The owner does not speak English (only German), making communication very difficult.
