Our description
Anna Apartments is an accommodation in Old Sarti, near the center, 50m from the sea. Small and modest but new apartments are ideal for families that prefer vicinity of the beach and of all other amenities.
The nearest beach is the sandy city beach which can be seen from the terrace of the apartment. You will find plenty of taverns next to the beach, in the same street where the accommodation is, and the city center with various shops and bakeries is just around the corner, in the parallel street.
There are two apartments for rent, on the ground floor, while the owners live on the first floor. Both apartments can accommodate up to four people and have a partial sea view (through the trees in front). There's one double and a single bed in the bedroom and another queen size bed in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is standardly equipped, with a hotplates and small fridge, and in the bathroom, there's a shower with curtain. There's also a table with chairs available on the terrace. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after four days.
There is no yard or private parking. It's possible to park in front of the accommodation, as well as on the public parking lot 200m away.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to reach public parking, then turn left into the last street towards the beach leading to old Sarti. After 100m you will see Anna Apartments on the left side.
If you want to be in the center of events, then this accommodation is the right choice for you. Also, if you're not arriving by your own car, this accommodation is a great choice, since it is close to everything.

Our apartments are located in the Sarti beach, just 50m far from the sea.
There two apartments. Each apartment consists of two rooms that can accommodate four persons. All children are welcome. The accommodation of extra persons is not possible.
The apartments have spacious balconies with a magnificent view of Mount Athos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma smo zadovoljni . Apartman je prostran ,cist. Peskiri i posteljina menjani su na 4 dana. Apartman sami odrzavate za vreme boravka - sto i nije neki problem. Vlasnici su neprimetni ( uopste nemate osecaj da su tu ), a opet sve funkcionise. Blizu je plaza ,restorani,i prodavnice. Ako ponovo budemo isli u Sarti sigurno idemo na isto mesto. Sve pohvale

Nikad nismo bili u boljem smestaju, a letujemo 15 god u Grckoj. Sve cisto, uredno, funkcionalno, svega ima dovoljno(escajg, stipaljke, case, solje, tanjiri...). Na odlicnom mestu, parking udaljen 150m,plaza preko puta....

Apartmani su na odličnoj lokaciji još lepši uživo. Imaju potpuno nove krevete koji se ne vide na slikama. Na idealnoj poziciji na samo par koraka od mora, giros, picerija i taverne. Pica je jedna od najlepših koje sam jela u svom zivotu, osoblje u picerija izuzetno ljubazno.
