Hotel Description

Anna Apartments is an accommodation in Old Sarti, near the center, 50m from the sea. Small and modest but new apartments are ideal for families that prefer the vicinity of the beach and of all other amenities.

The nearest beach is the sandy city beach, which can be seen from the terrace of the apartment. You will find plenty of taverns next to the beach, in the same street where the accommodation is, and the city center with various shops and bakeries is just around the corner, on the parallel street.

There are two apartments for rent, on the ground floor, while the owners live on the first floor. Both apartments can accommodate up to four people and have a partial sea view (through the trees in front). The bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, while the room with the kitchen, depending on the apartment, has either a double bed narrower than the standard one or a sofa for one person. The kitchen is standardly equipped, with a hotplate and small fridge, and in the bathroom, there’s a shower with a curtain. There’s also a table with chairs available on the terrace. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after four days.

There is no yard or private parking. It’s possible to park in front of the accommodation, as well as on the public parking lot 200m away.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to reach public parking, then turn left onto the last street towards the beach, leading to old Sarti. After 100m, you will see Anna Apartments on the left side.

If you want to be in the center of events, then this accommodation is the right choice for you. Also, if you’re not arriving by your own car, this accommodation is a great choice, since it is close to everything.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
