The accommodation is quite satisfactory, clean, air-conditioned, and the beds in the bedroom are new and comfortable. Regarding the kitchen and equipment, it has the basic necessities, but for those who wish to prepare meals every day, it is not ideal. The location is phenomenal; the beach is right across the street, and restaurants and shops are literally just a minute away. They change the bedding and towels every 4 or 5 days.

I gave a lower rating solely because of the owners. Above them is their daughter, who constantly hushes you from the terrace during the day, and in the evening, if you sit on the terrace after midnight, her father comes out and yells in Greek because they do not speak English. When they come down, they walk past you as if you do not exist... Courtesy is at zero. The location is a five.

The accommodation is clean, with bed linens and towels changed once during the stay. It is located on the promenade, but after 11 PM, there is no noise, and even before that time, it is not bothersome. Everything from restaurants to shops is nearby, literally just around the corner, as is the beach right in front. Greetings to Nikana, Mrs. Ana, and her son from the Simsic family in Belgrade.

The apartment is very clean and tidy, with an excellent location and parking right in front of the house. It is equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer. The only complaint is the small refrigerator and the small television.

There is sufficient equipment for normal functioning. - The location is ideal, just a minute or two away from all the restaurants, taverns, markets, fast food places, and the city beach, literally right across the street. Parking is provided in front of the apartment and is secured when you go to the surrounding beaches. (When you move your car, you take a cone for parking that is in the backyard and place it in your parking spot) - Everything is clean and tidy, with 4 sets of towels waiting for you, and they are changed every 4 days. You maintain the apartment yourself. - The owners are unobtrusive. I have the impression that they will be accommodating regarding any issues you may have. They speak very little English. The WiFi is decent, though not the best (5.6 mb/s) - Overall, a rating of 5/5.

We have never stayed in better accommodations, and we have been vacationing in Greece for 15 years. Everything is clean, tidy, and functional, with ample supplies (cutlery, clips, glasses, cups, plates...). The location is excellent, with parking just 150 meters away and the beach right across the street.

The apartments are situated in an excellent location, offering an even more delightful experience. They feature brand new beds that are not depicted in the pictures. Ideally positioned just a few steps from the sea, gyros, pizzeria, and tavern. The pizza is among the most delicious I have ever tasted in my life, and the staff at the pizzeria is exceptionally friendly.

In Sarti, there is another Anna apartment that has received poor reviews, which initially worried us since we had already paid for our accommodation. Many people have confused these two apartments, and photos of both can be found on Google. DO NOT WORRY. We are absolutely delighted. The apartment is clean, fragrant, and tidy, located just 30 meters from the sea, 30 meters from the Marketa bakery, and, God forbid, a doctor. The landlady is a wonderful woman, friendly, and even left us gifts on our last day. The WiFi is a bit slow, but who cares? The bedding is changed every five days, the mattresses are new, the pillows are new, and the air conditioning has a quiet mode... We highly recommend Nikana and the Anna apartments.

First, we would like to express our gratitude. Regarding the accommodation, we were extremely satisfied. It was comfortable, well-furnished, and clean. The beds were exceptionally cozy. Towels and bed linens were changed every four days, and the children received a bag of sweets from the owner when the linens were changed. The towels were new and incredibly soft. The terrace in front of the apartment is beautiful and spacious; although it is located right on the promenade, it is safe for children as they cannot open it by themselves. The beach is nearby. If we return to Sarti, we certainly will not change our apartment. Although it is on the promenade, the owners reserved a parking space for us in front of the villa, which means a lot. The Wi-Fi is the only aspect that is quite weak, but we did not come to hang out on our phones; we came to swim and enjoy. We had a wonderful time and it was truly delightful.

The accommodation is clean and can accommodate up to five people, though there is limited space for luggage and belongings. However, if there are three of you, as there were for us, there is an extra bed available for clothing. The apartment is tidy, and since you have your own boiler, there are no issues with hot water. The accommodation is located right next to the beach and in the very center of Sarti. The only downside is that it is on the ground floor of a very busy pedestrian street, so everyone can see you as they pass by. This is not really visible in the pictures.
