Stamatis Best Rooms accommodation is located on the main road in the new part of Sarti. Due to its spacious yard and isolation, it can be a great choice for families with children who want to spend their vacation away from the crowds, and the friendly owners are always there to meet the needs of their guests.

It is located 300m from the sandy beach in Sarti and supermarket, and the center of the place is 1.5km away.

Accommodation has 9 accommodation units located on the ground floor, except one studio (No9) located on the upper floor. There are two quadruple (35m2), six triple (30m2), and one double studio.

Three triple studios have three single beds each, while the other three have one double bed and one single bed. The quadruple studios have four single beds, and studio for two persons has one double bed. Studios No7 and No8 are located at the back side of the building.

All studios have a kitchen (two hot plates, small refrigerator and necessary utensils), bathroom with an enclosed shower, air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Also, all accommodation units have a private seating area on the ground floor. Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is done halfway through the stay.

Guests have at their disposal a gazebo, barbecue and shower in the large, fenced yard, and the owners have provided toys for the youngest. Accommodation also has a private parking.

You will easily reach this accommodation. After entering Sarta from the north, you will drive on the main road for another 2.3 km, and you will see this accommodation on your left.

Stamatis Best Rooms can be an ideal choice for undemanding guests for whom the proximity of the beach is not a decisive factor while choosing accommodation, and the large yard is one of the advantages that this accommodation provides.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
