Hotel Description

Sarti Thea Boutique Hotel boasts a mesmerizing panoramic view of the azure sea and bay, located north of Sarti, just 2 km from its center. The nearest Achlada beach is only 900 m away, making it the perfect base for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel offers three double rooms with a French bed on the first floor, as well as four triple rooms on two levels. Triple rooms feature a sofa for one person on the lower level and a French bed on the gallery, with the possibility of accommodating two adults and two children under 7 years old. Upon request, a children’s crib is available at no extra cost.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. The modernly designed bathrooms have shower cabins with glass screens. Guests have access to a lift for added comfort.

Balconies with seating areas provide the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sea views. In the hotel’s courtyard, there is a pool with a direct view of the bay, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating areas, and a communal barbecue for relaxation and socializing.

Room cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, are done every three days, while guests are provided with free parking. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

The hotel is well-connected, only 17 km from Kalamitsi, 27 km from Vourvourou, and 128 km from Thessaloniki International Airport, providing the perfect location to explore the beauties of Sithonia.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
