For over ten years, with the assistance of your agency, we have been finding accommodations in Thassos and Sithonia. Your descriptions and photographs of the accommodations are always accurate, often proving to be even better than expected. This year, we have just returned from Sithonia, from Sikias, specifically from "Ai Yannis house". The accommodation was exactly as you described, if not more. The kitchen is new, clean, and equipped with all the necessary utensils; the rooms feature large windows with screens, and the bathroom is spacious. The water has no unpleasant odor, contrary to what some had told us. The hosts are unobtrusive and always ready to assist. The yard includes a gazebo, seating arrangements, well-maintained grass, and shade over the barbecue area, with special parking nearby for cars. The beach is just 150 meters away, allowing for frequent returns to the accommodation for refreshments. There are many more delightful impressions. One of them is that along the path to the beach, there is a lemon tree with ripe fruits that you can pick to make authentic homemade lemonade.

The accommodation is equipped with all the necessary amenities. That is acceptable. What we truly disliked was the landlady. Because of her, you cannot enjoy the freedom to even have a cup of coffee. In other words, she is like a duty officer. She always has some criticism. I would never choose this accommodation again solely because of the landlady.

The accommodation is clean and close to the beach. Unfortunately, that is the only positive impression. We stayed in an apartment on the upper floor. The kitchen has only a weak stove; we did not plan to cook, but we waited 15 minutes for coffee. The entrance door creaks. For those who are sleeping, waking up is guaranteed if someone stays sitting on the terrace for too long. The mosquito net in one room does not close properly, and there are many mosquitoes. There is no sound insulation; you can hear every conversation from the apartments towards the street. Thus, there is no privacy. The terrace of the apartment is sunlit until late afternoon, and there is a awning that intrudes into the terrace space, giving you the feeling of being in a bunker, and it is very hot. You can only enjoy it late in the evening. Since the only table and chairs are on the terrace, having a meal is hardly pleasant due to the intense heat. All of this wouldn’t be so bothersome; we are not overly demanding guests, if only the landlady didn’t act like a police officer. You get the impression that every step is being monitored, and she immediately starts with complaints and demands. We had a situation where we were drinking coffee on the terrace when she appeared with a man, without any explanation. They looked around the terrace, shouted something in Greek, and that was it. It is true that she only understands Greek, but at least she could have called us from below the terrace and announced that she would be coming up. All in all, never again.

The accommodation is excellent, but I would not recommend it for families with small children. Everything else is good: location and cleanliness. We stayed in a large apartment facing the street. The internet is a bit weak, and one must be very careful in the bathroom — toilet paper should not be thrown in. Children are not allowed to play with the faucet outside, nor to turn on the light by themselves. The wardrobe in the hallway is unstable and rotten at the bottom, glued to the wall with foam, so on the first day, it fell on a child when they tried to reach something from the top shelf. That was terrifying; I don't know how we managed to stay there afterward. The curtains on the terrace serve more as decoration than for use, as it is impossible to have lunch or sit outside around 5-6 PM due to the sun. The landlady was bothered by us pulling the curtains; she constantly criticized us for something, and they do not understand Serbian or English, making communication difficult — literally with gestures. We restricted the children (7 and 5 years old) from doing everything: playing, kicking a ball, or using a racket in the yard. There is a grill behind the studio in the yard, but we did not use it nor was it offered to us. The positive aspect is that the beach is really close, and there are mosquito nets on all windows since there are mosquitoes in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic utensils, plus a toaster, kettle, a large refrigerator, and the fridge deserves praise. The bed linens are changed every 6 days, and there are enough towels; we stayed for 15 days.

Beautiful accommodation and a kind, very helpful family. We will return!

The location is rather remote from the bustling tourist towns, making it ideal for those who appreciate a secluded and tranquil holiday. The nearby beach is quite unkempt, but a short drive will lead you to a small, well-equipped beach. The apartment, though compact, provides all the essentials. However, the refrigerator is too small for three people, necessitating a trip to the store by car. Thus, a larger refrigerator would be preferable.

The accommodation is comfortable, new, and clean. The hosts are extremely kind, but without Google Translate, we wouldn't have gotten to know each other better. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the yard is spacious. Many of the best beaches are located nearby, making this an excellent starting point. The little girl received a gift from Aunt Kula at the end, as they had a lovely time together throughout the stay. For those who appreciate peace and quiet, this is a true little paradise.

The apartment met our expectations. The hostess welcomed us with coffee. Our stay was incredibly relaxed and pleasant. The second apartment is oriented differently, so there is no one watching you from the terrace, allowing for complete tranquility. At least, that was the case for us. The internet signal was weaker for the first few days in the apartment near the street, but the hosts quickly responded and boosted it, so we later enjoyed excellent connectivity. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, equipped with screens, and everything looks just like in the pictures. All in all, we would choose the same apartment again for our vacation in Sikija.

For years, we have been vacationing in Greece, and this is the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is comfortable, and on the veranda in the courtyard, you can enjoy even in the hottest weather. There were times when the internet signal was lost for a few hours.

We vacationed for 10 days starting from September 1st. The accommodation was quite satisfactory, as were the owners. They do not speak English, and know a bit of German, but basic communication flows without any issues, as always. It is essential to advise the owners to ensure an internet signal in the apartment facing the street, as it is practically nonexistent there. Overall, I recommend it.

An exceptionally pleasant stay. The owners are very kind, unobtrusive, and the accommodation is extremely clean, with a perfect location. The rating for price/quality is exceptionally high. Suggestion: the introduction of a wi-fi signal booster in the apartment facing the street and registration on PayPal (perhaps someone from Nikiana could explain it to them). We spent ten wonderful days in Sikia, at Ai Yannis House. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the hosts of the house, who selflessly assisted us with the issues we encountered. They are truly wonderful people who were there for us at every moment and helped us with the car repairs. Regarding hygiene, the apartment was impeccably clean, and the landlady was very attentive. The location of the apartment serves as an excellent base for exploring Sithonia, with the most beautiful beaches in the vicinity. I sincerely hope to reserve the same apartment next year and manage to visit the rest of the stunning beaches. Once again, a big THANK YOU.

The hosts are kind. Everything is clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Ideal for two families, you have your own yard, barbecue, Wi-Fi... The kitchen is well-equipped, and the refrigerator and freezer are unusually large. A significant drawback is that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment facing the street, even though we were told that both have a signal. If this is important to you, keep this in mind. Another downside is that the owners do not speak a word of English, so communication occurs strictly through gestures. For those who desire a private yard, clean and spacious accommodation, proximity to the most beautiful beaches, and sincere recommendations, you won't go wrong.

We were extremely pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Just a minute's walk to the beach, and every morning, a van from the bakery stops by our house. Initially, we were not pleased with the bed, but the hosts promptly purchased a new, excellent bed within three days, which meant a lot to us since we spent 25 days there. They are exceptionally kind. We received fresh tomatoes and onions from their garden. They changed the linens and towels every five days. The internet connection is best in the yard and on the upper floor. We had some difficulty communicating as their English is quite poor, and the same goes for their German. All in all, it is a great accommodation for a good price.
