Near to the sandy Sykia beach, on the peaceful location, there is Ai Yannis house. In the offer are few accommodation units, so it is an ideal accommodation for all those who need privacy and comfort. The owners are very kind and helpful, so you can contact them for whatever you need.

Ai Yannis House is located about 150m from the Sykia beach, which is long, wide and not crowded. The closest market is in the camp Melissi, around 650m far from the house. Every morning a mini van with bread and pastry stops by the house.

The house consists of two two-bedroom apartments (35m2) completely renovated in 2014 and two four-bed apartments (28m2) renovated in 2018. Both two-bedroom apartments are identically decorated, but one is on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor, while both four-bed apartments are on the ground floor, next to each other.

The two-bedroom apartments have two fully separated bedrooms, in one there is a double bed, and in the other one two single beds. The furniture is brand new, as well as the kitchen that’s also very neat and clean and fully equipped with dishes and utensils for preparing food, as can be seen in the pictures. In the kitchen, there are also hotplates, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and big fridge. In the bathroom of the apartment on the floor there is a shower with curtain, while on the ground floor it is a bathtub with curtain. Balcony on the floor is very small, but guests can also stay in the down part of the yard. In front of the apartment on the ground floor there’s a well-arranged and covered gazebo, as well as another barbecue (mobile and smaller) with a comfortable sitting furniture in the shade, also perfect for relaxing or socializing.

Four-bed apartments are identically decorated. Beside the bathroom, they have a bedroom separated by accordion door and kitchen. Bedroom has lower ceiling compared to the other parts of studio (for tall people it can be a problem), it is equipped with double bed. In the room with kitchen there are one single and one extra bed, the same size as a single bed. Kitchen has the necessary dishes, hotplates and small fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom is shower with curtain. Balconies are not fenced, they overlook the yard, while each apartment has its own sitting set.

All accommodation units have air-condition, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after four days.

The house has a small and nice courtyard with built-in barbecue and several sets for sitting, socializing and dining. In the yard there is enough space for parking. The owner has a garden with vegetables at the bottom of the yard, so often she gives some of the fresh vegetables to the guests.

It is very easy to reach the house. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sykia, you will see the turn to left, with a sign of three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first one after the one for camping Valti. When you turn to that street, you just continue going straight and after 800m you will see the house on your right side.

If you’re looking for comfortable accommodation without crowds and too many tourists, in a place that’s calm and without a lot of visitors, Ai Yannis House is an excellent choice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
