Hotel Description

Linaraki Studios is an accommodation only few steps away from the sandy Sykia beach. Surrounded by a spacious and arranged courtyard with covered parking, it’s an ideal choice for families with children.

The beach is across the street and the closest market is in the Melissi camping 1,3km away. The closest bakery is on the main road, 900m away.

Linaraki Studios offers four quadruple apartments and six studios (three triple and three double). Apartments have one double bed in the kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom. Two apartments have a sea view. One double studio has a sea view, and all of them have a double bed. Triple studios have one double and one single bed.

All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioner, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen (hotplates and a small fridge), bathroom and balcony. We would like to mention that some bathrooms have shower cabins and some have only shower with a curtain or just tiles. If needed, the owners can also provide a baby cot.

The house is surrounded by a spacious yard with a barbecue and a small playground for the youngest. All guests are provided a covered parking lot.

After turning off the main road towards Sykia beach, continue ahead to the beach. You will encounter a crossroad where the road to the left leads to the Sykia beach, and the uphill road to the right leads to the other bays. Take a left and 150m later you’ll see this accommodation on the right-hand side.

Linaraki Studios is a good choice for families with children, who’d like to be close to the sea, yet in a quiet place.

The accommodation at Linaraki is exceptional, located right on the beach. The villa's courtyard is spacious, beautiful, and offers a variety of amenities for everyone.

The accommodation was quite poor, despite being in a decent location. The landlady of the apartment was an exceedingly rude person. There are many better options available within that price range.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
