Hotel Description

One of the most beautifully arranged accommodations in Sykia is located at about 150m from Valti beach. Surrounded by greenery with wide tree canopies, a courtyard decorated with taste exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. For carefree play, children are provided with a mini-playground, and on the right and left side, there are built-in barbecues, plus covered parking.

Every morning a mini van with fresh bread and pastry passes by the house, and the closest mini market in the campsite Melisi is 2,2km away. On the Valti beach there is only one tavern which also has the sunbeds and umbrellas which can be used with purchased drink.

Dragani Villa has three quadruple and four quintuple apartments. Two quadruple and one quintuple apartment are on the first floor, while the others are on the ground floor.

Two quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area, while the third one has two bunk beds in the kitchen. They are rented as triple ones as well.

All quintuple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom. One apartment has one single and two bunk beds in the kitchen, the other two have one single and a queen size bed, while the last one has a folding sofa (a queen size bed) and a single bed.

All apartments are spacious, as well as their terraces with sitting sets, each one has a kitchen with a stove, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, satellite TV, internet, a shower with curtain or shower cabin in the bathroom and air conditioner.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every four days. Guests can use a washing machine and iron with ironing board with an extra charge. If needed, the owners can provide guests with hair dryer.

The yard is spacious, fenced, nicely decorated and full of natural shade. In addition to tables with chairs and swings for relaxation, it’s adorned with a beautifully decorated well surrounded by flowers. Inside of the yard there are two barbecues, outdoor showers, children`s playground and covered parking.

There are two ways to reach this house. The first one is to turn left (from the direction of Sarti) from the main road when you see the sign for camping Valti. On the first turn right you should turn again and that road will lead you to the accommodation, which is located on the right side. This road is unpaved, so we reccommend you to use the second way. When you turn to Sykia beach from the main road, you continue straight until you reach the beach, then follow the road next to it, then you will pass another small bay and the next one is Valti beach. After the restaurant Mesogeios, you should continue straight ahead for several hundred meters and immediately after, on the left side, you’ll enter this little paradise.

The location is very good for those looking for vacation near the beach, in a quiet environment, yet around 10km away from Sarti and Sykia. Dragani Villa is a great choice for families with children because it really has all the necessary contents and the kind owner is available for everything you need.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
