Hotel Description

Hrysa Studios got its name by the owner, who is kind and always available for her guests. Spacious and nicely arranged courtyard, with neat lawn is a heaven for families with children. Additional advantage of the accommodation is vicinity of the sandy Sykia beach, with shallow, which is right across the street.

It is separated from the beach only by a street. The beach is long and wide, so it’s never crowded. The closest market is only 150m away from the accommodation, it is part of Melissi campsite. Every day a mini van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes in front of it.

Hrysa Studios is consisted of two buildings, one right on the left when you enter the yard and the second one is straight, at the end of the yard. In total there are six studios, from which one only one is triple, the others are quadruple.

First building (on the pictures marked as in front) has three studios with beautiful balconies and it has a side sea view. First studio has one double and one single bed, while the second one is little bit bigger and has two double beds. Third studio is built in 2018 and it has a double bed and bunk beds. The balcony of this studio is quite small compared to the other ones.

Second building (on the pictures markes as behind) is at the end of the yard, looking towards the sea. Two studios have two double beds, from which ones one is a standard size, while the other one is a queen size, while the third studio has a double bed and bunk beds.

Studios are renovated, clean and neat, and the furniture is quite new. Some studios have a big fridge with freezer, while the other ones have a small fridge with freezer compartment. Every studio has hotplates, TV, air conditioner and nice balcony. From the studios you can see the sea, but the view is not spectacular because the sand on the beach is higher than the sea. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days, while the guests themselves take care of the hygiene during their stay.

In spacious yard there are two built-in barbecues and two gazebos with sitting sets. There is no private parking, but right next to the accommodation there is a parking space. In the yard there is a bar in which one guests have discount. In the bar the guests can have a breakfast or some light meals.

You can reach the accommodation coming from the main along the Sykia beach. When you turn to Sykia beach, drive until you reach the beach, then continue straight until you see the sign for Hrysa Studios.

If you want clean and neat accommodation, with fantastic location, in the first row from the beach and on the great position for visiting some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia, then Hrysa Studios can be the right choice.

A very clean and tidy studio. It may be a bit small for our needs (2 children - ages 7 and 10, and two adults), but the advantage is that it has a terrace and a yard.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
