Our description
Rodi Houses is a real traditional stone house in the village of Sykia. Although externally traditional, inside is all renovated and ready to accommodate families who want to spend a peaceful holiday. Nearby is the center of the village, so everything that you need is at your fingertips.
The nearest beach is Sykia beach, about 4.5km away, so this accommodation is recommended only for those who come with their own vehicle. The nearest supermarket, also the largest in the village, is 500m far from the accommodation, and all other facilities are at about 650m distance.
On the ground floor there is one quadruple studio and one quadruple apartment, and on the first floor there is one 8-bed duplex apartment. Studio and apartment look towards the backyard, and the duplex apartment looks toward the village and the mountains.
The quadruple studio is equipped with one double bed, one single bed and one extra bed. The maximum number of persons are three adults and one child. The kitchen has a small oven with hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and necessary dishes. Studio has a dining table and chairs, and studio has a porch with table and chairs as well.
The bedroom in quadruple apartment is spacious and has one double bed and one single bed. In the kitchen room there is one extra bed and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a small oven with hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In front of the apartment there is an unfenced porch with table and chairs.
The duplex apartment is spacious and has three bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while in the third one there are one single and one double bed narrower than the standard one. In the living room there is a sofa, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with freezer and necessary dishes. There are also table and chairs on the balcony.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV and internet. Each one has its own bathroom with a shower with curtain.
The yard is small, but cute. It has a vine, so the small part is partially in the shade. There is also a mobile grill. The house has no parking, but it is possible to park in front of the accommodation.
After you enter the village of Sykia and pass by the supermarket, you should turn to the first street to the right, then to the third street to the right, then to the first on the left and then again to the first on the left and you will see the house Rodi on the corner.
This is the right place for those who want to spend their holidays in peace and quiet, and who want to circle the nearby beaches with their car.

Rodi Houses are three extraordinary houses made of stone, with a unique view of nature and of course the whole village! The houses are 3km far from the sea.
The 8-bed apartment consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms have two king size and a queen size bed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, Zanima me da li je slobodan navedeni termin za 4 Bed Apartment . Takodje, jos jedna porodica dolazi sa nama pa je dodatno pitanje da li ima slobodnih smestaja za obe porodice. Dakle 21.07-31.07, 2 porodice sa po 2 deteta, s tim sto druga porodica ima dete od 3 godine pa verujem da bi i studio za 3 osobe bio dovoljan. Hvala

Lepo smo se proveli, sve je bilo u redu, dvoriste malo ali slatko, mirna lokacija a centar Sikie minut peske, Sikia je malo mesto, bas seoce, ali super pozicija za obilazak plaza kojih u blizini ima mnogo i to prelepih.
