Hotel Description

Rodi Houses is a real traditional stone house in the village of Sykia. Although externally traditional, inside is all renovated and ready to accommodate families who want to spend a peaceful holiday. Nearby is the center of the village, so everything that you need is at your fingertips.

The nearest beach is Sykia beach, about 4.5km away, so this accommodation is recommended only for those who come with their vehicle. The nearest supermarket, also the largest in the village, is 500m away from the accommodation, and all other facilities are at about 650m distance.

On the ground floor of the house, there is one four-bedroom studio and one four-bedroom apartment, and on the first floor, there is a seven-bedroom duplex apartment. The studio and apartment overlook the courtyard, and the duplex apartment overlooks the village and the mountains.

The quadruple studio is equipped with one double bed, one single bed, and one extra bed. The maximum number of persons is three adults and one child. The kitchen has a small oven with hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and necessary dishes. The studio has a dining table and chairs, and the studio has a porch with a table and chairs as well.

The bedroom in a quadruple apartment is spacious and has one double bed and one single bed. In the kitchen room, there is one extra bed and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a small oven with hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In front of the apartment, there is an unfenced porch with a table and chairs.

The duplex apartment is spacious and has three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds. The living room has a sofa and a dining table, and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and basic dishes. There is also a table and chairs on the terrace.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV and internet. Each one has its own bathroom with a shower with a curtain.

The yard is small, but cute. It has a vine, so the small part is partially in the shade. There is also a mobile grill. The house has no parking, but it is possible to park in front of the accommodation.

After you enter the village of Sykia and pass by the supermarket, you should turn to the first street to the right, then to the third street to the right, then to the first on the left and then again to the first on the left and you will see the house Rodi on the corner.

This is the right place for those who want to spend their holidays in peace and quiet, and who want to circle the nearby beaches with their car.

A perfectly adequate accommodation. The courtyard and exterior deserve the highest rating. The interior is very good.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
