Angela villa, a little bit before entering in the village Sykia, is a real oasis for families with small children. Surrounded by natural shade, huge lawn, toys for children and gazebo with barbecue, it represents an ideal place for vacation for every family.

Villa is located on the road that leads to the village Sykia, so it is on the perfect location for visiting the beautiful beaches of this region. The closest beach is Sykia beach, which is around 3km away. The first supermarket is around 300m far, while the bakery is around 2km far. The center of the village Sykia is 2km far.

The house is built in 2014. On the semi-ground floor are living the owners during the summer, while on the first and second floor are two identical duplex apartments (59m2). Each can accommodate up to five persons.

Duplex apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. In one bedroom is a double bed, while in the other one are two single beds. In the living room are folding sofa and a table with chairs. In the room with a double bed and in the living room are air conditionings. Kitchen is completely equipped, it has cooker, kettle, coffee machine, big fridge, small freezer and dish washer. In the bathroom there are a bathtub with curtain and washing machine. On each balcony there are table and chairs. Each balcony has a garden and a street view. Both apartments are equally equipped.

Angela villa is easy to reach. Coming from the direction of Sarti, on the right side, or on the left if you are coming from the opposite direction, you will see the sign for village Sykia where you should turn. Continuing on that road, after around 500m, you will see the villa on the left.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
