Hotel Description

Nina Studios is the accommodation in a nicely arranged courtyard near beautiful Sykia beach, in the first row to the beach, offering you the vacation you desire.

The beach is across the street, only few steps away, and the nearest store is about 500m away.

In the offer are two air-conditioned four-bed studios (renovated in 2018), each with one French bed and bunk beds. Both studios have a kitchen with a large refrigerator, two hotplates and the necessary dishes, TV, Internet and a bathroom with tiles and a curtain.They are located on the ground floor and have access to the courtyard, with a dining table with chairs, an awning and drying rack on the porch.

The courtyard is arranged and full of greenery, with a gazebo, built-in barbecue and private parking.

After turning off the main road towards Sykia beach, drive until you reach the beach, take a left and continue along the beach tilt you reach the tavern Theano. Continue ahead for about 50m until you see Nina Studios on your left.

This accommodation could be a great choice for families with children or couples who’d like to relax in a quiet place with friends.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
