Our description
Nina Studios is the accommodation in a nicely arranged courtyard near beautiful Sykia beach, in the first row to the beach, offering you the vacation you desire.
The beach is across the street, only few steps away, and the nearest store is about 500m away.
In the offer are three air-conditioned studios (renovated in 2018), two quadruple with one double bed and bunk beds each and one triple with one double and a one single bed on which one, beacuse of the length, only a child up to 12 years old can sleep. All studios have kitchen with large fridge, mini-oven with hotplates (only one quadruple studio has a stove) and necessary utensils, TV, internet and a bathroom with tiles and curtain. They are located on the ground floor and have access to the courtyard, with a dining table with chairs, an awning and drying rack on the porch.
The courtyard is arranged and full of greenery, with a gazebo, built-in barbecue and private parking.
After turning off the main road towards Sykia beach, drive until you reach the beach, take a left and continue along the beach tilt you reach the tavern Theano. Continue ahead for about 50m until you see Nina Studios on your left.
This accommodation could be a great choice for families with children or couples who'd like to relax in a quiet place with friends.

Owner description
Nina Studios is the accommodation in Sykia, located at 100 meters from the sandy Agios Ioannis beach and the crystal clear sea.
This family business consists of three ground floor studios with direct access to the garden. Each studio accommodate four people as they have one double and two bunk beds. In each studio, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, WC with shower, air conditioning (A/C), TV and a balcony.
In the lush green garden, there's a barbecue, spacious and safe place for the children, as well as a parking area. Free wireless internet is available for our guests too.
Nearby there are restaurants, beach bars and mini-markets for your everyday needs, while the centre of Sykia is at 3km.
Careful attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, the warm the friendly atmosphere, as well as the tranquil environment, will make your holidays unforgettable.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
