Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

If you'd like to spend your vacation in a brand new and modernly equipped accommodation, a few meters from the beach, Asma Apartments in Sykia can be a great choice for you.
The accommodation is located in Sykia, 20m from Turkolimnionas beach. The closest café and tavern are located on the beach, within Asma Apartments, while the nearest markets are in the Melissi and Pitsoni campings (2,5km).
In the offer are two separately built quadruple apartments (42m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, induction hotplates, coffee maker, electric kettle and necessary utensils, and in the large bathroom, the shower part is separated by a glass partition.
The apartments are air-conditioned and have TV, mosquito nets and hairdryer.
Private parking is provided.
After turning off the main road towards Sykia beach, continue ahead until the crossroads. The road to the left leads to Sykia beach and to the right, uphill towards Tourkolimnionas beach. Pass by two bays and the third bay is Tourkolimnionas beach. On the beach, you will see the tavern Korali, which is part of Asma Apartments.
If your priorities are staying close to the beach and well-equipped interior, this accommodation can be a very good choice for you.
