Our description
Tucked in among the vineyards and surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location, near the village of Sykia, there is the house of Ktima Mimoza. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to be alone and enjoy being surrounded by nature.
The center of the village with taverns, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets and bakery is about 2 km away. The nearest beach is Sykia beach and is about 3.5 km away.
It offers a total of two four-bed apartments and one five-bed apartment with two bedrooms. All are located on the ground floor.
Four-bed apartments (35m2) have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room with the kitchen they have a sofa bed under which a drawer bed can be pulled out.
The five-bed apartment (45m2) has one double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen.
All apartments have air conditioning, TV, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and two unfenced porches. The kitchen is equipped with a two hot plates, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower tray that is divided by glass partition on one side. The porches face the yard and have table and chairs. Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days.
In the spacious yard with natural shade there are toys for children, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private parking lot.
Accommodation is easy to find. After turning off the highway towards the village of Sykia, when you pass the gas station, turn left into the second street and continue straight until you see accommodation on the right.
If you want to be surrounded by nature and enjoy peace and tranquility, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Owners description
Ktima Mimoza accommodation is located outside Sykia, 900m from the main road, and about 9min drive from the beach.
It consists of three accommodation units for four or five people, which are air conditioned, have internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hair dryer, parking, barbecue, landscaped yard and playground.
In front of the building is the Church of St. Raphael, and a vineyard.
Bed linen and towels are changed at the request of the passenger.If you like to spend your vacation in a quiet location, this accommodation may be the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Wir sind begeistert von der Gastfreundlickeit dieser Familie. Es ist sehr sauber, eine Oase mit Weingärten, Olivenbäumen und Blumen. Wunderschön. Der einzige Mangel - WLAN funktioniert nur jeden zweiten Tag.
