Tucked in among the vineyards and surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location, near the village of Sykia, there is the house of Ktima Mimoza. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to be alone and enjoy being surrounded by nature.
The center of the village with taverns, cafes, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and a bakery is about 2 km away. The nearest beach is Sykia beach and is about 3.5 km away.
It offers a total of two four-bed apartments, one five-bed and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms. All are located on the ground floor. Four-bed apartments (35m2) have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room with the kitchen, they have a sofa bed under which a drawer bed can be pulled out. The five-bed apartment (45m2) has one double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. The six-bed apartment (m2) has one double bed in each bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. All apartments have air conditioning, TV, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, and two unfenced porches. The kitchen has two hot plates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment or a big refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower tray that is divided by a glass partition on one side. The porches face the yard and have table and chairs. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen is done every five days.
In the spacious yard with natural shade there are toys for children, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private parking lot.
Accommodation is easy to find. After turning off the highway towards the village of Sykia, when you pass the gas station, turn left into the second street and continue straight until you see accommodation on the right.
