Q Casa Luxury Studios is located in the small village of Sikia, in the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, which has all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation.
The modernly equipped facility consists of four accommodation units:
Gaia and Piedra studios are located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. Within the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, they have a double bed and a sofa bed for two, as well as a bathroom.
Uranius studio is located on the first floor, can accommodate a maximum of five people, and consists of two levels. On the first level (on the first floor) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the loft) on the gallery there are a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two.
Verde studio is located on the first floor, can accommodate a maximum of five adults and one child, and consists of two levels. On the first level (on the first floor) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the loft) on the gallery there are a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is a double bed and a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a glass partition.
On warm summer days, overlooking the courtyard, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.
In the beautifully maintained courtyard, guests can enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends.
In this accommodation, small pets are allowed within the price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days. There is a communal washing machine and iron available in the facility.
Parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
