If you are in search of a modern and newly equipped accommodation for your vacation, far away from the typical crowds in Greek tourist destinations, then Q Casa Luxury Studios is an excellent choice for you. Situated in the village of Sikia, approximately 5km away from the picturesque beaches in this part of Sithonia.
The nearest supermarket, along with the village center featuring cafes, taverns, and bakeries, are located around 500m from the accommodation.
This residence consists of a house with four lodging units, spread across the ground floor and the first floor.
Gaia and Piedra studios are situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. Within the living room with a kitchen, there is a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
Uranus studio is located on the first floor, accommodating up to five people and is divided into two levels. The first level (on the first floor) includes a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two, while the second level (in the attic) hosts a double bed and a single bed on the gallery.
Verde studio is also on the first floor, accommodating up to five adults and one child, arranged on two levels. The first level (on the first floor) features the living room with a kitchen, a double bed, and a single sofa bed, while the second level (in the attic) includes a double and a single bed.
The units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, WiFi internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Upon request, the owners can provide a baby cot, and a shared washing machine is available in agreement with them.
The kitchens are equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and necessary utensils. All studios have the same bathrooms with a shower cabin separated by a glass partition.
The studios have terraces with table and chairs, overlooking the village.
Bed linens and towels are changed every three nights, while guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation. Small pets are allowed to stay.
There is no courtyard in the accommodation, but there is ample parking space in front of the house. It is worth noting that the streets in the village are quite narrow, which can be a challenge for drivers not accustomed to such conditions.
The studios of this accommodation are elegantly decorated, furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, making them an excellent choice for guests seeking a luxurious interior for their summer holiday.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
