Owner description
In the quiet village of Sykia, near the center and shops, you will find Rezina's House. The nearest beach, Sykia, is about 4 km away.
This house can accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, separated by glass doors with curtains from the rest of the house. Outside the bedroom, there is a double bed on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two joined single beds, a spacious kitchen with a pull-out sofa, a bathroom, and a living room with a loveseat and armchairs that do not pull out.
The house is surrounded by a fenced yard with a barbecue and private parking.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, and a clean set of towels and bed linen is provided every five days. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
