Owner description
Accommodation Xristina Sykia House is located in the traditional Greek village of Sykia, 5km away from the beach of the same name. It is a house on the first floor, featuring a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a double and a single bed, accommodating up to 5 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, stove, kettle, dining table and chairs, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom includes a shower cabin with a curtain, as well as a washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 nights. The terrace offers a table and chairs with a view of the village and the mountain. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
