Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Anastasia House is situated on the main road in Sykia and offers three completely new accommodation units. Due to its location, it is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful beaches in this part of Sithonia, and within the accommodation, the owners have a fish market where guests can order fresh fish and seafood.
The nearest beach is Sykia, located 2km away, the nearest supermarket is at 500m, and the center of the village of Sykia is 2.2km away.
There are one three-bed and two four-bed rooms on the first floor. The three-bed room no.1 has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while in the two four-bed rooms, no.2 and no.3, there is one double bed and one sofa where two people can sleep. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a small fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower area separated by a glass partition.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed. All rooms have a terrace with a table and chairs facing the main road.
Bed linen and towels are changed daily, and cleaning of the accommodation units is done every three nights.
The accommodation has a small, concrete, fenced yard and provides private parking for all guests.
Anastasia House can be a good choice for guests who appreciate modernly designed accommodation in an excellent location to explore the natural beauty of this part of the peninsula.
