Hotel Description

Tsamakdas House is the accommodation at about 240m from the sea and 200m from the supermarket, tucked away in a spacious yard with plenty of flowers and greenery. It’s extremely clean, comfortable and nicely equipped, with excellent price/quality ratio, and offers its guests a pleasant vacation.

It consists of four accommodation units with a garden view. The double studio on a high ground floor has one double bed, the quadruple studio and apartment have one double and two bunk beds and one quadruple apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each one and a separated kitchen.

The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, kitchen, refrigerator, hot plate, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Towels are replaced after four nights, and bed linen once during the stay.

In the cosy yard, there’s a playground for children and a space for sitting and socializing, as well as the private parking.

After entering Toroni, follow the street along the beach and take a right after the Acapus Bar. After 230m you will reach Tsamakdas House.

Tsamakdas House is a good choice for those who want a peaceful family vacation near the sea and all events.

Exceptional accommodation! Everything is beautifully furnished. The large double bed allows us to sleep comfortably with our three-year-old child. Everything is clean and tidy.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
