Our description
Tsamakdas House is the accommodation at about 240m from the sea and 200m from the supermarket, tucked away in a spacious yard with plenty of flowers and greenery. It's extremely clean, comfortable and nicely equipped, with excellent price/quality ratio, and offers its guests a pleasant vacation.
It consists of four accommodation units with a garden view. The double studio on a high ground floor has one double bed, the quadruple studio and apartment have one double and two bunk beds and one quadruple apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each one and a separated kitchen.
The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, kitchen, refrigerator, hot plate, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Towels are replaced after four nights, and bed linen once during the stay.
In the cosy yard, there's a playground for children and a space for sitting and socializing, as well as the private parking.
After entering Toroni, follow the street along the beach and take a right after the Acapus Bar. After 230m you will reach Tsamakdas House.
Tsamakdas House is a good choice for those who want a peaceful family vacation near the sea and all events.

Tsamakadas House is located in the heart of Toroni between mountain and sea, and it's a special choice for all of you who seek relaxed family vacations. Our lodging easily accommodates 2-4 persons and it's a 3-minute walk from the sea. The quadruple apartment has one double and two bunk beds, the duplex apartment has two double beds, the double studio has one double bed and the quadruple studio has one double and two bunk beds.
House is 150 meters from the beach.

Our unit is located in Toroni, one of the most beautiful places of Sithonia, the middle peninsula of Halkidiki. Toroni abstains 135km from Thessaloniki's Airport and is separated by a 20km marvellous way from Neos Marmaras, that combines the natural dense forest with an incredible view to the sea of Toroneos gulf.
At just 2km from Toroni, lies Porto Koufo, the unique natural port of Greece with its famous fish taverns. Very close to Toroni, you can find Ethnik beach bar, one of the most known beach bars on Halkidiki, along with some smaller ones too. Around Toroni, there are some of the best beaches in Greece including Toroni beach itself, Aretes, Destenika, Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Tigania, Linaraki, Pigadaki, Sarti Beach, Kavourotripes, Armenistis and Platanitsi. Even if you don't choose our unit for your vacation, Toroni deserves to be your selection for unforgettable holidays.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
