One of the most beautiful accommodations in Greece. The courtyard is fantastic, filled with greenery and shade, making it perfect for families with small children. The rooms are clean and equipped with sufficient utensils. The owners are kind and helped me resolve an issue with my car.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and features an exceptionally beautiful yard suitable for children. It is well-located, peaceful, and quiet. The only issue was the internet, which was only available on the terrace. Parking is excellent and located within the yard.

Excellent price, great location, clean and tidy accommodation, and a friendly hostess. The yard is the best part; children have plenty of space to play, while adults can enjoy socializing over a barbecue. The WiFi could be better, and perhaps curtains should be installed in the bathroom. Nevertheless, this does not detract from the overall impression, which is excellent, so everything deserves a perfect score.

The place is situated in a prime location. The yard is beautifully arranged. Parking is provided for the car.

The accommodation met our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, all appliances were functional, communication with the owners was good, the yard was beautiful, and parked cars had shade. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hosts were exceptionally kind, the apartment is new, spacious, and isolated from the others in the courtyard, as well as from the noise of other guests.

The location is superb, and it is very close to the beach. Toroni is relatively small but offers everything necessary for a week-long stay—a small supermarket, a lovely beach, and some intriguing walking paths if you wish to venture into the hills. The accommodation is new, the entire site is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the family who owns and manages the properties resides on-site and is exceptionally friendly (they also speak English). There is a well-equipped kitchenette, an outdoor seating area, and a garden with a small playground, making it ideal for children as well. I would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights as everything was fully booked. The location is excellent in relation to the amenities of the area and the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the shore. We used it as a base to explore the beaches on the southern part of the peninsula. There is a vast grassy yard with shaded parking, swings, and seesaws for children. Those staying longer can also prepare a barbecue... The apartments are double-oriented, with an entrance from the outside and an exit from the terrace into the yard and towards the parking area. All in all, it was excellent.

We have nothing but praise for Vaso house! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and guide us with anything we needed. Our children even played together! The accommodation is fantastic - everything is clean, tidy, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The price fully justified the quality. We would definitely return to Vaso house!

Highly recommended. The hosts are kind and accommodating. The place is very clean, and they change the linens and towels twice during our 10-day stay. The bedroom is about 10m2 with a double bed and bunk beds. The double bed meets Greek standards. It was a bit short for me, as I am 185cm tall. The bathroom has a smaller shower cabin, but it is functional. For children, there is a beautiful yard with more than perfect grass that simply catches the eye. Parking is available in the yard with protection from the sun. The beach in the area is clean, located about 350m from our accommodation. There is a doctor 50m away who works two shifts from 9-13h and from 17:30-22h, and 3 or 4 well-stocked local shops that are open until 22h, along with several restaurants offering fish and gyros (4e). In the neighboring town (4km Porto Kuofo), there is a fish shop. The WiFi is decent, supporting Netflix and similar services. The place is small, with no excessive crowds, which we appreciated. It is the perfect spot for a vacation we had been anticipating for 2 years, and I believe we have "hit the mark" with this destination. There are mosquitoes, so we recommend some form of protection. The church bells nearby ring on Saturdays and Sundays around 7h, but they did not disturb us.

During our stay at Vasso House from August 15 to 30, 2021, we found the accommodation to be small yet functional, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The courtyard is lovely, well-maintained, and ideal for seminars with small children. The parking area for cars is shaded, featuring swings and seesaws for kids. The jumping area is delightful, equipped with a large table for lunch or dinner, and a veranda for seating, all in a charming setting. There are many mosquitoes and insects, as well as small frogs and lizards that pose no danger; on the contrary, they are quite interesting for children. The beautiful beach is just a 5-minute walk down a street without sidewalks, which can be a bit inconvenient. The beach in Toroni is excellent, with the water never being cleaner. The only drawback is the somewhat disorganized state of Toroni itself, with overflowing waste containers, which detracts from the overall appeal. However, this minor issue does not detract from the wonderful vacation experience. Vasso House is highly recommended for families who don’t mind a short walk, as they will gain so much more in return.

Vaso House is a fantastic destination! If you seek a holiday in a pristine accommodation, a true oasis of peace and greenery - Vaso House is the perfect choice! The impeccably arranged yard, with its unrealistically soft and neat grass, a hostess available 24 hours, a barbecue, covered parking for every vehicle, bed linens changed three times over ten days, and a mini playground for children... are just some of the reasons to return to this accommodation next year! The lodging is located about 350 meters from the sea, which is another plus for those of us who wish to feel at home. During our ten-day stay, we had no need to go out for an evening stroll. Children from all five studios play every evening in the yard reserved exclusively for them! This is evident in the delightful photos that have been shared! Moreover, the owner is not obsessed with either the grass or the balls. It is normal for him to water the grass, and every third day (not before 9 AM) he mows it, otherwise it wouldn't look so good. Our ball was in the room, and in the morning it was deflated! This means the children either punctured it during the day or in the evening! We have nothing but praise for this accommodation... and we will definitely return here!

I regret that, despite such a wonderful accommodation, I must voice a significant complaint about the owner, who is obsessed with his lawn and punctured all the balls we brought. In discussions with seven other families, we realized that this is a common practice, as everyone else was left without balls. I should mention that at no point did anyone indicate that balls should not be used on the lawn. This is shameful behavior for someone who relies on tourism for a living.

Dear Nikana, The accommodation was outstanding. Beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden. Extremely tidy and well-equipped lodging. We have only one significant complaint, which is that the owner punctured the children's ball. Although we were told that the children could freely play on the lawn and with the ball, the owner nonetheless damaged a very expensive football. It was quite an uncomfortable feeling when that happened. Thank you for everything. I believe we will remain in contact next year as well. Nataša Dragutinović

A lovely accommodation, ideal for a getaway, with a beautiful courtyard, and not far from the sea. The landlady is kind, but on several occasions throughout the day, she admonished the children playing in the courtyard for making noise. Children can only disturb their own parents, as the accommodation is almost isolated from the other cottages. There are no loungers on the grass as shown in the pictures, and every ball left on the grass overnight was punctured - we do not know who was responsible, but five balls were damaged. Towels are changed every five days, which is perfectly fine by me. The kitchen is adequately equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for belongings.

The accommodation is very nice, featuring a beautiful yard that is ideal for children. The landlady is extremely kind and always willing to help if needed. She even brought us blankets one night because it was very cold, even though we hadn’t asked for them. The place is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the double bed is a bit short. The beach and the market are nearby, about a 5-minute walk at a normal pace. However, the drawbacks mainly pertain to Toroni as a location, such as the lack of sidewalks, which means you have to walk on the street, posing a risk from cars. Another downside is the abundance of mosquitoes at night and wasps during the day; it is literally impossible to eat outside due to them, both in the yard and on the beach.

Truly delightful accommodation, especially the yard and its proximity to the beach (very close, about ten minutes of easy walking, even with a five-year-old :)) as well as the cleanliness. The only slight improvement could be made to the kitchen's equipment (for instance, a cutting board and a few other small items). Highly recommended!

If you are spending your vacation with small children, this is an excellent choice. A quaint place without crowds, featuring a beautiful, spacious beach located just 400 steps away. The rooms are small but functional; everything is clean and wonderfully maintained.

The yard is beautiful. The hosts are wonderful. The room is quite modest; it would be beneficial to modernize the kitchen and tidy up the bathroom. If a shower cabin cannot be installed, at least a curtain for the bathtub should be provided. Overall, it is acceptable.

The accommodation is exceptional, consisting of only five apartments. Parking is provided in the shade. The yard looks just like in the pictures, and the rooms are perfectly clean, although it is evident that they are not new. The air conditioning is included in the price. In terms of cleanliness and friendliness, I would rate it a perfect ten. Clean towels are also provided. The yard is impeccable. The only downside is that the beach is about 400 meters away, a bit further from the start of the beach. If you venture a little off the main path, it can be up to a kilometer of walking daily through a narrow street without sidewalks. This could pose a problem for those with small children. The villa is located on one of the roads leading out of Toroni to the main road, so those visiting other beaches on Sithonia will not encounter the congestion and narrow streets of Toroni itself. We drove to the beach and into Toroni every day.

A tranquil and cozy place, close to the beach. Very clean, the owners are wonderful, exceptionally kind people. The yard is beautiful, spacious, and ideal for children. There is always hot water available. The only drawback is that the rooms have no windows, only two doors. All in all, a pretty good choice for a vacation!
