Hotel Description

Stone House is located only few steps away from the beach and all ammenities. This accommodation provides to its guests a pleasant vacation where the ratio of the prices and quality is excellent, it is very clean, and the owner very kind. It is an excellent choice for the couples, as well for the families with small children because of its vicinity to the beach and children’ playground.

The accommodation is located about 30m from the sandy beach and at 80m from the markets, taverns and other amenities.

Stone House consists of a total of seven studios (25m2). On the ground floor, there are one double, one triple and one quadruple studio, while the rest are located on the first floor. Two double studios have a double bed with the possibility of pulling out an additional drawer bed. There are three triple studios, all three with a double and a single bed, but only two have the possibility of pulling out an additional drawer bed and becoming a quadruple studio. Two quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. It’s important to emphasize that studios are not big, so it’s a bit tight when two adults and two children are accommodated.

All studios have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen with mini-oven and a fridge with small freezer compartment, bathroom with separated showering space without a curtain and a balcony, while some also have a partial sea view. If you need a hairdryer, you can ask for it at the reception. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done by guests, while the owner provides clean ones after 3-4 days. The guests takes care of hygiene during their stay.

The courtyard is well-maintained, greenery is ideal for playing, while there is a barbecue on the guests’ disposal, as well as the private parking right across the street.

In order to reach Stone House, when you enter Toroni, drive on the main street next to the beach and after you pass the luna park, turn right and after 20m you will see the accommodation on the left.

We would recommend Stone House to all families that consider important the vicinity of the beach because it’s by the sea. Although the studios are small in size, they are nicely decorated and clean.

Excellent location. The room offers a view, and the owner is from Ibadan. The only issue is Wi‑Fi: although the owner claims to have two networks, they are not usable most days.

The studio met our expectations. Everything was fine. The accommodation is ideal for two to three people or for couples with one small child, although it feels smaller than the description suggested.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
