Accommodation description
Rosi Miranda Villa is a newly built and modern accommodation facility located at the entrance of Toroni, and it has everything you need for a real vacation and enjoyment. It offers very neat, comfortable and airy accommodation units, fully and functionally equipped with new furniture.
The complex is located below the main road - about 800m from the beautiful city sandy beach, while the beach Destenika is about 3km away. The center with markets, bakeries, fast food restaurants, taverns and the entire content of the place is located less than 1km away.
Triple and quadruple studios are available, located on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor.
Triple studios are intended for three adults or two adults and one child. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. They include a double bed and a single bed.
Quadruple studios are intended for four adults or two adults and two children. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Some units include a double bed and bunk beds for two children, while others have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for one person.
Upon request, a baby crib is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates in all units, except for one on the ground floor which has four hotplates, a large oven in some units, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Some units are also equipped with a washing machine, and for those without one, laundry service is provided and included in the price.
Studios on the ground floor have private verandas furnished with outdoor seating, while those on the upper floors feature spacious balconies overlooking the courtyard and greenery.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed after three nights.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
In the spacious, green courtyard, guests have access to a shared barbecue, and in front of the building there is a parking area with enough spaces for everyone.
If you are coming from Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, you will see accommodation on the right below the main road in about 3km after passing the first turn to Toroni.

We made our reservation late, so we were aware of the location and price, which was acceptable to us. However, we were unaware of the upgrade that required navigating circular stairs, so we had to be cautious to prevent our child from going near them. The room was below standard height, causing me to hit my head on the door every day, and I’m not particularly tall at 187 cm. 😫 There were times when the water pressure was low or completely nonexistent.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, the villa is located in a tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle, with a lovely garden. It was a true pleasure to stay there. The owners are exceptionally kind and always willing to help, doing everything necessary to ensure your comfort. Hygiene is of a high standard; the room is cleaned daily, and the bedding is changed every three days. Parking is provided in front of the villa. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely return.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
