One of the most popular accommodations for ToroniAretes Rooms are located on a beautiful beach and therefore some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. Tilled in a small cove, surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet location. It can be a great choice for couples as well as for those who want a peaceful holiday. The beach, which has a lot of natural shade, is sandy, the depth is gradual and the water is clean. There's a tavern in front of the accommodation and the beach bar is near the accommodation also.
From the center of Toroni, shops and other amenities, the hotel is about 3.5km away.
The accommodation consists of two buildings. In the first, there are seven connected bungalows (23m2) for four people, with one double and two bunk beds, and they have a sea view. In the second 2-storied building, there are a total of twelve studios (20m2). Four studios are on the ground floor, four on the first and four on the second floor. The studios have a double bed and bunk beds, and every studio has a sea view. Bathrooms in the studios are modest without a shower cabin, they all have a kitchen, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and internet. If needed, you can also get a hairdryer. They all have balconies with awnings and drying wire.
Cleaning of accommodation units, replacement of towels and bedding is done every three days.
There are two showers on the beach. The beach is very beautiful, quite, with no sunbeds and umbrellas. Parking place is provided for all guests.
The Aretes Rooms can be reached by turning right 3.5km before Toroni when you see the board for Aretes Beach, then you should follow and other boards that are set up on the road to reach the hotel. The road is full of dirt, and the approach is pretty bad due to the downhill and road width.
Aretes Rooms is an excellent choice for those want to be completely separated from the city, in a cozy accommodation with a direct access to the beach.

Owners description
Aretes Rooms is 20km away from the cosmopolitan Neos Marmaras and 5km away from Toroni. It's located in the well-known area near the sea. You and your children can enjoy the beach (600m long and 60m wide) and the sea right in front of your room. We offer all the services for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. At a very close proximity, you can find a supermarket, diving center, casino, golf, nightclub, etc. Aretes Hotel has a restaurant with traditional Greek food. Lovers of nature can enjoy the walks through the mountain with a beautiful view.
Aretes Rooms comprises of 15 triple rooms. They are very comfortable and spacious and the fourth bed can be added. All the rooms have a balcony with a sea view. All the studios are 25m away from the beach, they are all quadruple, have a kitchen, completely renovated, with new furniture and house mobilier, kitchen equipment, laundry washing machine, internet and a parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Kuća je na samoj plaži, koja je sklonjena od gužve i previše posetilaca, sobe su skromne ali imaju sve potrebno za prijatan boravak, sobarice su divne i čiste sobe gotovo svakog dana. Gazdarica je predusretljiva i vodi računa o tome da budete zadovoljni. U sklopu kuće je taverna u kojoj možete jesti ukusne obroke, cene su skoro iste kao u Beogradu, prodavnica se nalazi na 10ak min kolima. Svako jutro dolazi kombi sa svežim hlebom i pecivom. Sve u svemu, mi smo ovim smeštajem jako zadovoljni, prvenstveno plažom koja nije previše posećena i morem koje je mirno i dovoljno plitko za decu. Ako želite miran odmor bez stresa onda velika preporuka.
