Our description
Filippos Resort is a complex consisting of three buildings in Vourvourou. Filippos 1 and 3 are in close proximity one to another, while Filippos 2 is close to Karidi beach. Filippos Resort 2 By Karidi is an excellent choice for families with small children and for all those who want a quality accommodation with swimming pool.
Filippos Resort 2 By Karidi is located 600m from the famous Karidi beach and 260 from the first supermarket and tavern.
It consists of seven accommodation units. Three quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen, one apartment has two bedrooms with a double and two single beds, one apartment in the attic has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen, and there are also two double rooms without a kitchen.
If necessary, the owner can provide a baby cot for children. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and linen are replaced after three nights. The building was built two years ago, so the accommodation units are equipped with new furniture
All units have air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen (except double rooms) with fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with separate shower and glass. Some accommodation units have a direct or side sea view. In the courtyard there is a private parking, covered part with a table and chairs, a small playground for children and a swimming pool.
You will arrive to the accommodation by driving the main street in Vourvourou from the direction of Nikiti, after you pass the supermarket and accommodation Chasapis, after 260m, you will see the accommodation on the right side.
The owners have a rent-a-boat agency which is also organizing tours to Ammouliani, Mount Athos and around Sithonia. For more informations you can ask directly the owners, when you arrive there.

Owner description
We are joyfully welcoming you to our new resort in Vourvourou, Filippos Resort by Karidi. It is a fully renovated family-oriented resort, offering similar qualities to our current resort. The settlement fills a range of customer requirements and it was built to accommodate all of our visitors. It is located in a quiet place, 200m from the most famous local beach, Karidi. The resort includes a fully green garden with a variety of plants and a swimming pool. Each apartment includes WiFi connection, A/C, SAT TV and a private gazebo. The area is secured with a fence in order to guarantee our visitors' privacy
Fully renovated in 2016 our resort with pool you will find studio apartments with direct access to our lush garden and near the sea.

Studios No.1 and 4 are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two people. They're quite spacious with a double bed. The patio of the studio is ideal for a morning coffee with your companion and a relaxing evening under the shadow. The studio does not include a kitchen.

Apartments No.2 and 3 on the ground floor have a bedroom with double bed. At the living room there are two beds which are used as sofas giving you the chance to enjoy the view being indoors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Apartments can accommodate up to four people.
Apartment No.5 on the first floor has a bedroom with double bed. At the living room there are two beds which are used as sofas giving you the chance to enjoy the view being indoors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. This partment can accommodate up to four people.
Apartment No.6 on the first floor apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. There is a bedroom with double bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds. At the living room there is one bed which can be used as a sofa and it is giving you the chance to enjoy the view being indoors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment can accommodate up to five people.
The Attic apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed that has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the sea view. In the living room there are two sofas that can be used as beds as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room balcony has a table where you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment can accommodate up to four people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
