The nearest beach is Kalami beach, located 1 km from the accommodation, while the main beach in Astris is approximately 2.5 km away, followed by the beautiful Psili Amos beach just 1 km further. Astris is 2 km away, where the closest store is situated, and in the vicinity, there are only two luxury hotels, Aeria and Aeolis, two restaurants, and plenty of greenery. Potos is only a 5-6 minutes drive away, offering a wide selection of shops, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, and a promenade. Limenaria is a 10-minute drive away.

This accommodation consists of seven units - four triple studios (20m2), two quadruple studios (20m2), and one five-bed apartment (40m2).

The triple studios comprise one double bed and a single bed. The quadruple studios consist of one double bed and a bunk bed. The five-bed apartment consists of two interconnected single beds and three single beds.

All units are located on the ground floor. Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, WiFi, parking, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, and a spacious courtyard. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins with curtains. Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

The yard is beautifully landscaped and spacious. It features a barbecue, garden furniture, and a children’s playground, available to all guests of this accommodation.

The accommodation has private parking, so a parking space is guaranteed for guests.

From the hill where the rooms are located, a dirt road leads down to a small, wild cove, partly gravelly and partly rocky. In the immediate vicinity of this beach is the beginning of the road leading to Giola (pronounced Jola), a natural pool in the rocks. A kilometer further are the coves near the monastery, then the Monastery of St. Archangel Michael, Kekes Beach, and Aliki with its numerous coves.

This accommodation is excellent as a base, with beautiful beaches nearby such as Psili Amos, Roso Gremos, Notos, Kekes, Aliki. If you enjoy peace, greenery, and spaciousness, then this accommodation could be a good choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
