Description
Dimitrious Studios & Apartments is a newly built complex that offers very modernly equipped units, with new furniture, close to the sea and the beach.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 200m from the sandy beach with a long shoal. It is 400m away from the first shop.
In its offer, this facility has studios (28m2-30m2) and apartments (46m2). The studios consist of one double bed and a sofa bed. They have a kitchenette and are located either on the high ground floor or on the first floor.
The apartments are located on the high ground floor and have one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person and a sofa bed. They have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven.
All accommodation units have a balcony, safe, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning, bathroom. A baby cot is available and available on request.
Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
The yard, although small, is nicely landscaped, partly under a grassy surface and partly paved. It is fenced and has toys for the youngest visitors.
Accommodation does not have private parking, but you can leave your vehicle next to the building.

Skala Potamia and Panagia village are two minutes by car away, while the center of Skala Panagia is at 2-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a peaceful family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But if you want more, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is 10-minute drive away.
Apart from having a great sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is well located in comparison to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is 10-minute drive away, Makriamos, Tarsanas and Nisteri are 15 minutes away, while Marble beach is about 18km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
