Hotel Description

Metaxas Studios is the accommodation in a quiet part of Limenaria. It is a true oasis of peace and a great choice for families with children. Accommodation is affordable with spacious studios very well equipped.

The closest store is at about 100m, while the center of Limenaria and the city beach is about 1km away.

There are five studios on the high ground floor. and they can accommodate up to 4 people. All are equally equipped, they have air conditioning, internet, TV, terrace, kitchen and a fridge. Two studios overlook the backyard, two to the parking lot and one to the adjacent yard. Three studios have one double, a single and an auxiliary bed, while the other two have three single beds and an auxiliary bed. The bathroom in each studio is the same and has only a fenced shower without a curtain.

Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

At the entrance to the yard, there’s a parking lot for five vehicles. The yard is located on the back of the house, with a barbecue area and various toys for children. The sitting area is covered, so the shade is guaranteed.

Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, turn left at the intersection in Limenaria. Continue to the right for about 900m towards the Shell gas station, turn left and 50 meters later you’ll see Metaxas Studios on the right-hand side.

If you wish to be away from crowd and traffic and you don’t mind using your car for going to the beach, Metaxas Studios can be good choice.

A comfortable studio with a lovely terrace. The cleaning and towel replacement every third night is excellent. The bathroom is somewhat lacking, but sufficient to tidy up after the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
