The studio is indeed spacious, as described, and located outside the city; it is truly peaceful, which suits some people perfectly. However, the owner must take cleanliness and maintenance of the studio very seriously, as it is in an absolutely deplorable state.

The studio is exceedingly dirty, with dust everywhere; the bathroom is also unkempt, there is insufficient cutlery, and there is no trash can in the studio. It has been cleaned only once in the past six days; in fact, only the bedding was changed, while the bathroom trash was not taken out and the floors were not mopped. It is quite far from the city and the beach, but that was to be expected. Nevertheless, it is not cheap at all, and I have never seen such a level of filth anywhere else.

Metaxas studios are located 1 km away from the center, so if you plan to walk, you will need some time. We were there at the end of August, and it was excessively hot inside, while the air conditioning was off, and when you return inside, it feels like hell. The kitchen had two of everything, but if you plan to cook, there is no cutlery, no knife, and no trash can. The bed was uncomfortable (like a rock), and the only positive aspect was that it was clean.

The accommodation is good. The location is slightly distant from the central promenade. The only drawback is that due to the lack of a roof, the ceiling heats up, and it takes a longer time for the studio to cool down with the help of the air conditioning.

The hosts are kind and pleasant, but communication is hindered as they do not speak English.

A warm recommendation for those arriving by car and planning to explore the island and various beaches every day. For those coming without a car, I do not recommend it due to the distance from the beach.

We spent eight nights in this accommodation. As mentioned, the lodging is located outside the center of Limenaria, and it is definitely not suitable for those who do not travel with their own transportation; however, this is also an advantage as you are away from the crowds. The description provided for the accommodation is accurate. The only partially true statement pertains to the parking situation. Specifically, the description states that there is parking for five cars in the courtyard, but in reality, it accommodates three plus two. Three cars can fit, while two must be behind those cars, meaning you will need to ask your neighbor to move their car for you to exit, and vice versa. The only "drawback" is the terrace, which is literally sunlit all day long, which is not particularly enjoyable in August. There is a small umbrella on the terrace, but it is insufficient.

Kudos to Nikana for their exceptional promptness and willingness in resolving minor issues! I am certain we will continue our collaboration; I am delighted with the quality of the services. The accommodation would have been excellent had my husband and I come alone without children, as nothing would have posed a difficulty then, whereas with children, certain necessities arise. The first and greatest drawback of the accommodation is the inability to communicate, as the owner does not understand a single word of English. She provided us with a Greek phone number that we could reach her on, but it does not have Viber, and I believe we would not be able to explain anything to her since she does not speak any English at all, and she did not visit us at all during our 14-day stay. The second issue, I would say, is negligence. Upon our arrival, she waited for us in the courtyard and immediately took my husband from the car to show him the specification of how much money she needed right away, which bothered me after waiting 10 hours at the border; not a single human word, not a smile, just a pure formality that would have been acceptable had the basic accommodation conditions been met. We did not have towels even though we were the only guests in the villa, meaning they were not overwhelmed with guests. They brought them the next day when we requested them from Nikana. We did not have hot water for 3 days after the power outage. All of this was resolved with the help of Nikana, as the owner did not come to check on us or see if everything was alright. It was stated that cleaning and changing the bedding would occur every 3 days, yet they never came to clean, and we received new bedding only once in 15 days. In the courtyard, there is a grill without a grate. The summer house with seating arrangements in the courtyard is very nicely designed with amenities for children; however, the grass is overgrown and uncut, making it unfeasible to stay in the back part of the courtyard. On the terrace, we were greeted by ants that stayed with us for all 14 days. Without air conditioning, it is impossible to breathe due to extremely poor ventilation, so it is fair that its use is included in the price. The shower curtain, which I see has been mentioned and criticized by previous guests, is non-existent; the bathroom gets flooded after one person showers, and not after the five of us return from the beach. This is truly not a significant investment, yet it is necessary. We rented accommodation for two adults and three children; we had 3 glasses, 3 mugs, 2 plates, and one single knife... we managed and did not want to burden Nikana with what we somehow resolved ourselves, but this seems to reflect the owner's apparent disinterest. We did not pay the tax; it was not requested at all, as we only saw the owner on the first day of our stay when she collected the money. The mosquito net on the terrace is torn, the mosquitoes enjoy it, but the guests do not. I do not ask for much from the accommodation, especially when it is so affordable, but I truly believe they should be more dedicated to their guests and their (basic) needs... Kudos to the Nikana agency for their promptness, perfect collaboration, all the information, responses, and assistance. We will not change you.

A pleasant accommodation with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a beautiful garden, and a gazebo. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are reasonably comfortable. The kitchens in some rooms are adequate, while in others, they are quite small. The only downside is the heat and poor air circulation throughout the villa, making air conditioning essential at night, as natural cooling is not possible. Overall, it offers good value for money.

My opinion about Studio Metaxsas is that it is quite a decent accommodation. Although it is located far from the center of Limenaria and the beach, this has its advantages, as it is very quiet and pleasant. The main drawback of the accommodation is that the owners do not speak a word of English or any other foreign language. I had the impression that they did not even understand what "OK" meant, but despite that, they were very friendly. However, this creates a significant language barrier for guests, as we barely managed to explain a few minor complaints and communicate effectively. Everything else was fine. I was aware of this language issue before my departure, but I suspected it would be of a lesser scale.

Metaxas Studios offers a perfect blend of quality and affordable accommodation. Everything mentioned in the description and depicted in the images is accurate. The rooms are quite spacious, so even though there were three adults in the apartment with two children, we never felt claustrophobic. The landlady had limited English skills, but thanks to Google Translate and the images, she resolved every problem and question we had (a needle for thorn removal, where to buy things, using the grill). We had an issue with the TV for the first two days, and they promptly brought in a technician. Overall, they were very professional and eager to help. Our impressions of the accommodation are quite satisfactory. It is a nice, tidy place for families with children. During our stay, there were guests of various nationalities, but mostly Serbs. :) All in all, we are thrilled with the idea and operation of this online agency, Nikana.rs. We also visited their headquarters in Potos and received a map of the island, useful information and recommendations, as well as a discount card for certain places on Thassos.
