Be Modern Apartments & Studios is located in Limenaria, on the southwest of the island of Thassos, 700m away from the nearest beach and the town center.
There are two types of accommodation units available, situated on the ground floor (a few steps below the courtyard level), on the first floor, and on the second floor.
Studio can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a double bed, a sofa for two, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Apartment can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two.
Within these air-conditioned units, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, safety box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob with one burner, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.
On warm summer days, guests can enjoy the view of the garden from the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can easily be found in the vicinity of the accommodation.
Be Modern Apartments & Studios is located 3km from Pefkari, 4.2km from Potos, and 39km from the main town of Limenas. The nearest airport in Kavala is 62.5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
