Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Be Modern Apartments & Studios is located in a quiet area, just outside the center of Limenaria, ideal for those who want to escape the city hustle and enjoy nature and silence. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant environment for vacation. The accommodation is just a few minutes drive from the town center, where you can find restaurants, shops, and beaches with crystal clear sea. It is about 700 meters away from the town beach.
There are three studios and three apartments available, which are located in the basement (a few steps below the yard level), on the first, and on the second floor.
The studios marked with numbers 101, located in the basement, and 201, on the first floor, are similarly decorated and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, consisting of a double bed and a sofa for two.
The double studio (number 301) is located on the second floor and has one double bed. If needed, the owners can add an extra bed, but we would like to note that this significantly reduces the space.
The three apartments are located in the basement (number 102), on the first floor (number 202), and on the second floor (number 302) and can accommodate a maximum of four people. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room includes a sofa for two.
These air-conditioned studios and apartments offer guests free Wi-Fi internet, TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, a kitchenette for preparing light meals, equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with one burner, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a tub with a glass partition.
Depending on the floor they are located on, all studios and apartments have a veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set, overlooking the yard and the mountain.
All units have two balconies, one private and one shared with the neighboring unit. A partition separates the rear balconies in the basement, while flower pots are placed on the balconies on the higher floors. Owners have placed a table and chairs on the private balconies to ensure that all guests have their own space and privacy.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Hello, we are 6 adults and 7 kids, we would like to accomodate starting from 25 august to 31 august. Is it availble ? I tried to book it on Booking.com but it won`t let me because of the 7th kids. The youngest has 2 years old. Looking forward for an answer !
