Owner description
D House is located in Limenaria, in the southwest of the island of Thassos, 300m from the nearest beach and the town center.
The apartment is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray without a bathtub, with a curtain.
On warm summer days, overlooking the street, guests can spend their time on the veranda equipped with a seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every three days, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done every four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
