Kidonis Apartments is located in Limenaria, in a peaceful location, not far from the center. It offers guests everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as parking, balconies, kitchen, and a variety of unit types.

The accommodation is situated on the southern side of the island, in Limenaria. It is 900m away from the center and 300m away from the nearest store. The beach is located at a distance of 1300m.

It features a total of seven units: three studios (one double, one triple, and one quadruple), two triple apartments (each with a separate bedroom), and two two-bedroom apartments (each with two separate bedrooms). The maximum capacity is up to six people.

This is a complex consisting of two buildings facing each other. Almost all units are located in the first building, with only one (2 Bedroom Apartment, No.7) situated in the building opposite.

The double studio (25m2) consists of a king-size double bed. This unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the street. Owners can provide an extra bed if needed.
Triple studio number 5 (25m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a single bed. This unit is located in the attic and overlooks the street. It is worth noting that only people shorter than 2m can be accommodated in this unit, as it has a low ceiling.
The quadruple studio (30m2) consists of a king-size double bed, a single bed, and a sofa. This unit, like the triple studio, is located in the attic and overlooks the street.
Triple apartment number 2 (45m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a single bed. This unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the street and the mountains.
Triple apartment number 4 (40m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a single bed. This unit is located on the ground floor and overlooks the street.
Two-bedroom duplex apartment number 1 (65m2) consists of two king-size double beds and a sofa. It is suitable for families of up to five members. This unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the street.
Two-bedroom duplex apartment number 7 (75m2) consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed. In the living room, there is a corner sofa where one person can sleep. It is suitable for families of up to six members. This unit is located on the first floor of the second (gray) building and overlooks the street.

All units have access to the internet, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets (on the windows), kitchen, kettle, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment (units 1, 4, and 7 have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment), standard balcony, landscaped courtyard, parking, and barbecue. A baby cot is also available upon request.

Units 4 and 7 have an oven and four burners, while all other units have two burners.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

There is a small courtyard with garden furniture, shaded from the sun. It also includes a children’s playground and a common barbecue area.

The owners lease a part of the land next to the accommodation, which serves as a parking lot, so parking spaces are provided for all guests of this accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
