Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Kidonis Apartments is located in Limenaria, in a tranquil location not far from the center. It offers guests everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as parking, balconies, kitchens and a variety of unit types.
As previously mentioned, the accommodation is situated on the southern side of the island, in Limenaria. It is located 900m from the center, while the nearest store is 300m away.
The beach is at a distance of 1300m.
There are a total of seven units: three studios, two apartments (each with a separate bedroom), and two two-bedroom apartments (each with two separate bedrooms). The maximum capacity is up to seven people. This complex consists of two buildings. Almost all units are located in the first building, while only one (2 Bedroom Apartment, No.7) is located in the second building.
2 Bed Studio (25m2) consists of a king-size double bed. This unit is situated on the first floor and overlooks the street.
3 Bed Studio (25m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a single bed. This unit is located in the attic and offers views of the street and the mountains.
4 Bed Studio (30m2) consists of a king-size double bed, a single bed, and a sofa. This unit, like the triple studio, is in the attic and offers views of the street and the mountains.
3 Bed Apartment No. 2 (45m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a single bed. This unit is on the first floor and has views of the street and the mountains.
3 Bed Apartment No. 4 (40m2) consists of a king-size double bed and a sofa. This unit is on the (high) ground floor and overlooks the street.
2 Bedroom Apartment (duplex) No. 1 (65m2) consists of two king-size double beds and a sofa. It is suitable for families of up to five members. This unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the street.
2 Bedroom Apartment (duplex) No. 7 (75m2) consists of two double beds, one single bed, and a sofa for two people. It is suitable for families of up to seven members. This unit is on the first floor of the second (gray) building and overlooks the street.
All units have access to the internet, TV, A/C, a hairdryer, mosquito nets (on windows), a kitchen, kettle, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment (units 1, 4, and 7 have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment), a standard balcony, a courtyard, parking and a BBQ. A baby cot is also available upon request.
Units 4 and 7 have an oven.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
There is a small courtyard with garden furniture, protected from the sun. It also has a children's playground and a (shared) BBQ.
The owners lease a part of the land next to the accommodation for parking, ensuring that parking is provided for all guests of this accommodation.
