Our description
Nefeli House is an accommodation located in a very quiet location and at the same time close to the center and all the amenities that the capital provides.
This accommodation is located in Limenas, 1.1 km from Vournelis Beach, and 1.2 km from the city beach. It is at a distance of 550m from the center and the main promenade.
In its offer, Nefeli House has three accommodation units - one four-bed apartment (46m2) on the ground floor, one five-bed apartment in the basement (52m2), and one five-bed apartment (50m2) in the attic.
In the 2023 season, only a five-bed apartment in the attic is available to guests.
The apartment for four people has one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has two sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to the stove with oven, you can also find a coffee maker.
The apartment for five people in the bedroom has two connected single beds while in the living room, there are three sofas. The kitchen has a mini stove with hobs and a large fridge.
The apartment for five people in the attic has a double bed in the bedroom, while there are three single beds in the living room. In the kitchen, there is a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a large refrigerator. A washing machine is available to guests.
The yard is fenced and paved.
If you want decent accommodation closer to the city center, Nefeli can be a great choice.
When you disembark from the ferry, turn left to join the traffic and turn right into the street, just before the bridge. Continue straight, to the end of the street, where you will see a two-story house called Nefeli House on the right.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Interesuje nas da li u blizini ovog objekta postoji parking za vozila... Pošto na sajtu nije navedeno. Interesuje nas period od 18.06 - 30.06. za apatman za 4 osobe. U apartmanu bi bili 2 odraslih osoba i povremeno 1 dete. Hvala. Daniel Toth
