Hotel Description

Santa Marina Villa is a luxurious and newly built facility that offers its visitors complete privacy, as it is an independent rental unit. It is a very nice accommodation, with a swimming pool and a landscaped yard.

This accommodation is located outside Limenas, some 3km from the center, 3.3km from the city beach and 2.3km from the beach Tarsanas. The first shop is located 1.6km from the accommodation.

It is a ground floor house, or apartment (45m2) with two bedrooms that share a kitchen that is located between the two rooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed where two children can sleep while the other bedroom has one double bed. Each room has a separate entrance, so you do not have to go through another bedroom upon entering the apartment. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning, as well as a wardrobe for storing things.

As we have stated, the kitchen is located between two bedrooms and each of the rooms has access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a stove with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and basic utensils. The kitchen also has a large refrigerator, with a freezer. There is only one bathroom and it has a shower cabin.

Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen is done two times per week.

The apartment also has a large common veranda with a dining table and a barbecue, so the atmosphere is really complete. The space is ideal for socializing and dining together, with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

There are sun sun beds and a swing around the pool, which guests of this accommodation can use freely.

The yard is very meticulously maintained, the apartment itself is surrounded by olive groves which gives a special note of authentic greek surroundings.

The accommodation has private parking.

We recommend this accommodation to guests who do not want to be in the center of events, but are looking for a quiet location, without noise. The apartment is well equipped and stylishly decorated and we are sure you will spend unforgettable moments in this accommodation.

Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
