Elli Maria is a family hotel in a quiet location in heart of Limenas. It is a nicely decorated accommodation that has been recently renovated, so it is equipped with new and modern furniture.

Hotel is located in the center of Limenas. The city beach is 900m away. The nearest supermarket and bakery are just 20m away.

The accommodation offers double and triple rooms (27 rooms in total). All rooms have balcony with a garden view.

All rooms have A/C, TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower cabin, balcony, hairdryer and safe box. Baby cot is available on request. Double rooms are about 20m2 and triple rooms are about 25m2 in size. Superior rooms are renovated, while the standard rooms are not. Superior rooms can be with double bed or/and with single beds, while in all standard rooms there are single beds. The accommodation units do not have a kitchen.

Buffet breakfast is served in the hotel.

Cleaning is performed daily, while towels and bed linen replacement is done after every two days.

The hotel has a nice organized courtyard with playground for children and outdoor sitting sets for relaxing.

Right next to the hotel is a public, free parking, which is available to all its’ guests.

If you want decent and clean accommodation in the center of Limenas, Elli Maria Hotel can be a good choice. It is 10 minutes walk from the city beach, and it is very close to all amenities in the city - promenades, shops and stores, restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

The flowers in the hotel are fresh and immaculate. However, the most significant impression is the kindness and hospitality of the hosts and hotel staff. I highly recommend it.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
