Thassos 20 Studio is a newly constructed accommodation situated in Limenas, the capital on the island of Thassos. It lies 900 meters from the city beach and just 500 meters from the town center, where guests can find a variety of shops, taverns, fast food options, supermarkets, and children’s facilities.

The studio (29m2) is located on the ground floor and is intended for two adults. It includes a double bed and offers amenities such as air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four burners and an oven, as well as an electric kettle. A baby cot is available for an additional fee.

Additionally, there is an outdoor seating area with a table, chairs and an umbrella.

Parking is available directly in front of the studio or along the street.

Pets are not permitted.

The studio is delivered to guests in a clean state, and they are responsible for keeping it tidy during their stay. A fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every three days, which guests are expected to replace themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
