Description
Olive Tree House is an excellent choice for two families or larger groups seeking a bit more privacy, as it is an independent house with a spacious yard filled with shade. It is located near the beach Pahis, one of the most popular beaches on the island.
The accommodation is situated 500m from the beach. In the vicinity, there are various villas and hotels, Pahis beach with several restaurants in the area, and a water sports center. All other tourist facilities can be found either in Skala Rahoni (about one to two kilometers towards Skala Prinos) or in Limenas (approximately 8km from the accommodation). The closest supermarket is in Skala Rachoni.
Olive Tree House consists of one apartment and one studio rented out as a whole by the owners. This house has a total area of 135m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor of the house, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom, besides the double bed, there is a sofa for two children, while in the other, an ottoman can be added for one child to sleep on. This apartment has three air conditioners and three televisions, with one air conditioner and one television in each room.
The studio located on the upper floor is completely separate from the ground floor apartment and is accessed by external stairs. Although these two units are separate, the owners want to rent out the entire house to two families who are relatives or friends or to larger groups.
The unit on the upper floor is a single space where the sleeping area and kitchen are within the same room. It features a double bed and a corner sofa where two children can sleep.
This house has two bathrooms, two kitchens, four air conditioners, and four televisions, with three in the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower cabin, while the bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary utensils for meal preparation, as well as with electrical appliances such as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and espresso machine. Additionally, both kitchens have a large stove with four burners and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The owners have provided a hairdryer, safe, and iron.
From the windows of the upper floor, the sea can be seen in the distance.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day.
Private parking is available within the yard.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of olive trees, flowers, and natural shade. The owners have also thought of the youngest guests, creating a children's corner with swings and toys. In the yard, there is a gazebo for seating, as well as a brick barbecue.
The accommodation is located on the left side of the main road when coming from Limenas, 50 meters before the turn for the Louloudis hotel.
Olive Tree House is an ideal choice for those who wish to stay in a beautiful and tidy accommodation, perfect for larger families or, near the famous Pahis beach, with natural shade and shallow waters.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
